Abstract
Provided herein are antibodies and methods of using the antibodies to treat and diagnose neurite degenerative diseases and disorders.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 47 . (canceled)
48 . A nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an anti-Repulsive Guidance Molecule a (RGMa) antibody having a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:147 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No: 146.
49 . A vector comprising the isolated nucleic acid of claim 48 .
50 . The vector of claim 49 , wherein the vector further comprises:
CMV enhancer/AdMLP promoter regulatory elements; and a DHFR gene,
wherein the heavy chain and light chain are each operatively linked to the CMV enhancer/AdMLP promoter regulatory elements.
51 . A host cell transformed with the vector of claim 50 .
52 . The host cell of claim 51 , wherein the host cell is a eukaryotic cell.
53 . The host cell of claim 52 , wherein the eukaryotic cell is a mammalian host cell.
54 . A method of producing a monoclonal anti-RGMa antibody comprising:
(a) culturing the eukaryotic host cell of claim 53 ; and (b) recovering the anti-RGMa antibody.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
