Abstract

A balancing exercise device that provides an athlete with a rotating and flexible platform that strengthens the core of a user while promoting his or her proper body alignment, the balancing exercise device comprises of a base that is connected to a spinning mechanism attaches to a spring mechanism platform. A three spring mechanism that is composed of three springs, the springs are attached to the spring mechanism platform so that all spring are equally distanced from the center of the spring mechanism platform and each spring is equally distanced from each other. And, a support base having a top and a bottom, the three spring mechanism is attached to the bottom of the support base at a position wherein all spring are equally distanced from the center of the bottom of the support base and each spring is equally distanced from each other.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A balancing exercise device that provides an athlete with a rotating and flexible platform that strengthens the core of a user while promoting his or her proper body alignment, the balancing exercise device comprises:
 a base;   a spinning mechanism attaches to a spring mechanism platform, the spinning mechanism is mounted on the base;   a three spring mechanism that is composed of three springs, the springs are attached to the spring mechanism platform so that all spring are equally distanced from the center of the spring mechanism platform and each spring is equally distanced from each other; and   a support base having a top and a bottom, the three spring mechanism is attached to the bottom of the support base at a position wherein all spring are equally distanced from the center of the bottom of the support base and each spring is equally distanced from each other.   
     
     
         2 . The balancing exercise device that provides an athlete with a rotating and flexible platform that strengthens the core of a user while promoting his or her proper body alignment of  claim 1 , the balancing exercise device comprises of a foam pad that is placed on the top of the support base. 
     
     
         3 . The balancing exercise device that provides an athlete with a rotating and flexible platform that strengthens the core of a user while promoting his or her proper body alignment of  claim 2 , wherein the support base, the foam pad and the spring mechanism platform are all circular in shape.
