4 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the employee workstation comprises a floor mat, wherein the floor mat is configured to contact feet of the employee while working at the employee computer, wherein the sensing unit comprises the floor mat, and wherein the sensed health data comprises a temperature of the employee sensed by the temperature sensor of the floor mat, a force of the employee sensed by the force sensor of the floor mat, and a resistance of the employee sensed by the conductive contact of the floor mat.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health sensors comprise a sensing unit comprising:
a battery configured to power the sensing unit; a temperature sensor; a blood condition sensor; a blood pressure sensor; a wireless antenna; and a controller configured to receive sensed health data and transmit corresponding health data to the employee computer by way of the wireless antenna, wherein the sensed health data comprises a temperature sensed by the temperature sensor, a blood condition sensed by the blood condition sensor, and a blood pressure sensed by the blood pressure sensor.

6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the employee workstation comprises a computer mouse, wherein the computer mouse is configured to contact a hand of the employee while working at the employee computer, wherein the sensing unit comprises the computer mouse, and wherein the sensed health data comprises a temperature of the employee sensed by the temperature sensor of the computer mouse, a blood condition of the employee sensed by the blood condition sensor of the computer mouse, and a blood pressure of the employee sensed by the blood pressure sensor of the computer mouse.

7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health profile for the employee comprises health characteristics of the employee sensed.

8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health plan for the employee comprises a dietary plan for the employee and an exercise plan for the employee.

9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the exercise plan comprises an animated demonstration of an exercise.

10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health sensors are configured to sense health conditions in response to initiation of a health test for the employee.

11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health monitoring server is configured to:
determine whether the health data is indicative of an alert condition for the employee; and in response to determining that the health data is indicative of the alert condition for the employee, present, to the employee, an alert indicative of the alert condition for the employee.

12 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the health monitoring server is configured to:
determine whether the health data is indicative of an alert condition for the employee; and in response to determining that the health data is indicative of the alert condition for the employee, present, to an employer of the employee, an alert indicative of the alert condition for the employee.
