Systems and methods for generating and transmitting targeted data within an enterprise
Abstract
The present approach relates to providing targeted content to a user (e.g., employee) of an enterprise. In certain implementations, the present techniques involve receiving filter data (e.g., data identifying an employee) from a user and providing content in the form of knowledge blocks to a user based on metadata of the knowledge blocks that is associated with the filter data. In other implementations, the present techniques involve receiving trigger data (e.g., data of an employee satisfying a condition) and providing a set of activities (e.g., social activities or work related) to a user based on the trigger data.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system, comprising:
a client instance hosted by a data center, wherein the client instance is generated for one or more client networks, the system configured to perform operations comprising:
retrieving data regarding a campaign from one or more databases accessible by the client instance, wherein the campaign comprises campaign-related content relevant to a subset of members of a larger group;
identifying the subset of members to which the campaign applies based at least in part on one or both of information regarding the subset of members or the data regarding the campaign;
outputting the campaign-related content to the subset of members via one or more computing devices interacting with the client instance;
receiving, via the one or more computing devices interacting with the client instance, feedback data from one or more of the subset of members related to the campaign-related content; and
updating one or both of the data regarding the campaign or information regarding the subset of members based at least in part on the feedback data.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the subset of members are identified based on trigger data provided members of the subset.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the data regarding the campaign is information relevant to the members of the subset that the members have not explicitly requested.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the campaign-related content is output to the subset of members at a predetermined time interval.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the campaign-related content is provided until an end date specified for the campaign.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the campaign-related content provided is based at least upon a location of at least one member of the subset of members.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the campaign-related content is related to benefits of an employee within an enterprise.
8 . A tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium, comprising machine-readable instructions, wherein the machine-readable instructions, when executed by one or more processors cause the one or more processors to:
retrieve data regarding a campaign from one or more databases, wherein the campaign comprises campaign-related content relevant to a subset of members of a larger group; identify the subset of members to which the campaign applies based at least in part on one or both of information regarding the subset of members or the data regarding the campaign; output the campaign-related content to the subset of members via one or more computing devices; receive, via the one or more computing devices, feedback data from one or more of the subset of members related to the campaign-related content; and update one or both of the data regarding the campaign or information regarding the subset of members based at least in part on the feedback data.
9 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the campaign-related content comprises a list of activities for the subset of members to complete.
10 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the campaign-related content is provided to the subset of members via a web portal over a client instance.
11 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , further comprising machine-readable instructions which when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to:
output additional campaign-related content to the subset of members based on the feedback data and the updated data regarding the campaign.
12 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the feedback data is indicative of a frequency of the subset of members accessing the campaign-related content.
13 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the feedback data is indicative of completion of a subset of the campaign-related content.
14 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the feedback data is indicative of a number of the respective subset of members that have interacted with the campaign related content.
15 . The tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the data regarding the campaign is information relevant to the members of the subset that the members have not explicitly requested.
16 . A processor-implemented method, comprising:
retrieving data regarding a campaign from one or more databases wherein the campaign comprises campaign-related content relevant to a subset of members of a larger group; based at least in part on one or both of information regarding the set of members or the data regarding the campaign, identifying the subset of members to which the campaign applies; outputting a first campaign related content to the subset of members via one or more computing devices; receiving feedback data related to the first campaign-related content; updating data regarding one or both of the campaign or the information regarding the subset of members based at least in part on the feedback data; and outputting a second campaign related content based on the updated data to the subset of members.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the subset of members are identified based on new employment.
18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the feedback data comprises an indication that a respective member of the subset of members has not interacted with the first campaign related content.
19 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the subset of members are identified based on prior searches for a key term within a web-based portal.
20 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the first campaign related content and the second campaign related content are provided to respective members of the subset differently based on the feedback data.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
