Abstract
A packing container for accommodating display panels is provided. The packing container includes a packing main body, which includes a first receiving recess, a second receiving recess, a first limiting element, and a second limiting element, wherein the first limiting element, the second limiting element, and the first and the second sidewalls of the second receiving recess jointly form a first limiting zone to constrain a circuit board of the display panel.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A packing container for accommodating a display panel, comprising:
a packing main body comprising:
a first receiving recess configured to accommodate a display panel main body; and
a second receiving recess comprising a first sidewall and a second sidewall facing to one another and configured to accommodate a circuit board and a flexible printed circuit board;
a first limiting element disposed on an edge of the first sidewall closer to the first receiving recess; and a second limiting element disposed on an edge of the second sidewall closer to the first receiving recess; wherein the first limiting element, the second limiting element, the first sidewall, and the second sidewall jointly form a first limiting zone to constrain the circuit board, and the first limiting element and the second limiting element are opposite to one another and form a second limiting zone to constrain the flexible printed circuit board, and one or more separators are arranged on a bottom surface of the second limiting zone to divide the second limiting zone for accommodating a plurality of the flexible printed circuit boards.
2 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein the first limiting element and the first sidewall are integrally formed, and the second limiting element and the second sidewall are integrally formed.
3 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein the first limiting element is detachably installed on the first sidewall, and the second limiting element is detachably installed on the second sidewall.
4 . The packing container of claim 3 , wherein an insert pin is disposed on each of the first and the second limiting elements, and a cavity is arranged on each of the first and the second sidewalls, wherein the first and the second limiting elements are detachably installed on the first and the second sidewalls respectively through introducing the insert pin to the cavity.
5 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein a depth of the second receiving recess is greater than a depth of the first receiving recess.
6 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein one or more supporters are disposed on a bottom surface of the second receiving recess to hold the circuit board.
7 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein one or more first recess portions are disposed with an interval therebetween on a sidewall of the first receiving recess.
8 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein the separator and the bottom surface of the second limiting zone are integrally formed.
9 . The packing container of claim 1 , wherein the separator is detachably installed on the bottom surface of the second limiting zone.
10 . The packing container of claim 9 , wherein a plurality of holes are arranged on the bottom surface of the second limiting zone, and a pole is disposed on a bottom of the separator, and the separator is detachably installed on the bottom surface of the second limiting zone through introducing the pole to the holes.
11 . A packing container for accommodating a display panel, comprising:
a packing main body, comprising
a first receiving recess configured to accommodate a display panel main body; and
a second receiving recess, comprising a first sidewall and a second sidewall facing to one another and configured to accommodate a circuit board and a flexible printed circuit board;
a first limiting element disposed on the first sidewall; and a second limiting element disposed on the second sidewall; wherein the first limiting element, the second limiting element, the first sidewall, and the second sidewall form a first limiting zone to constrain the circuit board.
12 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein the first limiting element and the second limiting element are opposite to one another and form a second limiting zone to constrain the flexible printed circuit board.
13 . The packing container of claim 12 , wherein the first limiting element is disposed on an edge of the first sidewall closer to the first receiving recess, and the second limiting element is disposed on the edge of the second sidewall closer to the first receiving recess.
14 . The packing container of claim 12 , wherein one or more separators are disposed on a bottom surface of the second limiting zone, wherein the separators divide the second limiting zone to accommodate a plurality of the flexible printed circuit boards.
15 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein the first limiting element and the first sidewall are integrally formed, and the second limiting element and the second sidewall are integrally formed.
16 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein the first limiting element is detachably installed on the first sidewall, and the second limiting element is detachably installed on the second sidewall.
17 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein a depth of the second receiving recess is greater than a depth of the first receiving recess.
18 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein one or more supporters are disposed on a bottom surface of the second receiving recess to hold the circuit board.
19 . The packing container of claim 11 , wherein one or more first recess portions are disposed with an interval therebetween on a sidewall of the first receiving recess.
20 . The packing container of claim 12 , wherein the second receiving recess further includes a third sidewall on a side of the second receiving recess opposite to the second limiting zone, and one or more second recess portions are disposed on the third sidewall.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
