Abstract

A pallet for transporting spacers for cigarette packs is disclosed, in which each spacer comprises a substantially rectangular flat body on which at least one through hole is obtained, the spacers being insertable in cartons for cigarette packs for spacing out packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions, the pallet comprising vertical elements configured to insert the through holes of the spacers stacked on one another, the holes of the spacers of a stack being vertically aligned with each other so that each vertical element is inside the aligned holes of the spacers.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Pallet for transporting two or more stacks of spacers for cigarette packs, each spacer comprising a substantially rectangular flat body, the spacers being insertable in cartons for cigarette packs to space out packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions, said pallet comprising one or more vertical elements extending vertically and configured to insert through holes obtained in the spacers, on each spacer being made at least two through holes, the through holes of the spacers of each stack being aligned vertically with each other so that each vertical element is inserted inside the through holes of the spacers of the stack, said vertical elements comprising a plurality of pairs of pegs in which each pair of pegs is configured to be inserted into a corresponding pair of through holes obtained in each spacer.

2 . Pallet according to claim 1 , comprising a base for supporting the stacks of spacers, said vertical elements emerging from said supporting base, said supporting base being provided with openings arranged at opposite sides of one or more stacks of spacers resting on the base, said openings being configured to allow the insertion of resting feet underneath the respective stack of spacers.

3 . Pallet according to claim 1 , wherein each of said vertical elements has a flat shape and is configured to insert at least one respective oblong shaped through hole formed in each spacer.

4 . Spacer for cigarette packs, said spacer being configured to space cigarette packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions in cartons sized to receive cigarette packs of standard dimensions, said spacer comprising a body of substantially rectangular flat shape, in which two or more through holes are obtained intended to be inserted by respective two or more vertical elements of a pallet.

5 . Spacer according to claim 4 , wherein in said body there is provided at least one through hole of an oblong shape intended to be inserted by a respective vertical element with a flat shape.

6 . Use of a pallet according to claim 1 for transporting two or more stacks of spacers, wherein each spacer of said two or more stacks of spacers is configured to space cigarette packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions in cartons sized to receive cigarette packs of standard dimensions, each spacer comprising a body of substantially rectangular flat shape, in which two or more through holes are obtained intended to be inserted by respective two or more vertical elements of said pallet.

7 . Method for transporting spacers for cigarette packs, each spacer comprising a substantially rectangular flat body, the spacers being insertable in cartons for cigarette packs to space out packs with dimensions smaller than the standard dimensions, said method comprising the step of arranging the spacers, stacked on one another, on a transport pallet, on each spacer being provided at least two through holes, the through holes of the spacers of a stack being vertically aligned with each other so that a vertical element of the transport pallet is inside the through holes of the spacers of the stack.
