Multilayer optical film and method for producing same
Abstract
A multilayer optical film including: an A layer formed of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin; and a B layer disposed on at least one surface of the A layer to be in direct contact therewith, the B layer serving as a masking layer, wherein the B layer is a cured product of a material Y including a dispersion of a crosslinkable polymer (a) and solid particles (b), and the B layer has a thickness tB of 10 μm or more and 25 μm or less; and a production method including the steps of applying the material Y onto a surface of the A layer, to form a layer of the material Y; and curing the layer of the material Y.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A multilayer optical film comprising:
an A layer formed of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin; and a B layer disposed on at least one surface of the A layer to be in direct contact therewith, the B layer serving as a masking layer, wherein the B layer is a cured product of a material Y including a dispersion of a crosslinkable polymer (a) and solid particles (b), the B layer has a thickness tB of 10 μm or more and 25 μm or less, and the crosslinkable polymer (a) has a glass transition temperature of 0° C. or higher and 40° C. or lower.
2 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the solid particles (b) is particles of a material selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, and a mixture thereof.
3 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the solid particles (b) have a volume-average particle diameter db satisfying a relationship of 0.02≤db/tB≤0.3.
4 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the crosslinkable polymer (a) contains a crosslikable group selected from the group consisting of a methylol group, a vinyl group, an epoxy group, and a combination thereof.
5 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the B layer has a tensile elastic modulus EB satisfying 500 MPa≤EB≤2,200 MPa.
6 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein the B layer has a breaking elongation eB satisfying 10%≤εB≤300%.
7 . The multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , wherein a contact angle of the material Y on a surface of the A layer is 30 degrees or less.
8 . A method of producing the multilayer optical film according to claim 1 , comprising the steps of:
applying the material Y including the dispersion of the crosslinkable polymer (a), and the solid particles (b) onto a surface of the A layer, to form a layer of the material Y; and curing the layer of the material Y.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
