Abstract
A server apparatus transmits information including a hash value of a previous block, data of a current block, and a search range with regard to one blockchain system to a client apparatus in a mining pool. The client apparatus calculates a Nonce value based on the information transmitted from the server apparatus and transmits the calculated Nonce value to the server apparatus. The server apparatus can transmit information regarding a plurality of blockchain systems to the client apparatus. The server apparatus decides one blockchain system based on a predetermined condition, transmits information related to the decided blockchain system to the client apparatus, and causes the client apparatus to perform mining.

1 . A server apparatus comprising:
a processor which executes a process including: acquiring data from a plurality of different data sources; deciding one data source from the data sources based on a predetermined condition; transmitting information including target data acquired from the data source decided by the deciding and a data processing method appropriate to the target data to a client apparatus; and receiving result information generated based on the target data and the data processing method from the client apparatus.
2 . The server apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the different data sources are a plurality of blockchain systems, and the process executed by the processor further including:
deciding one blockchain system from the blockchain systems based on a predetermined condition; transmitting new block data to become the target data, a hash value of a previous block, a range of a Nonce value that is a search target, and information specifying a hash function as the data processing method with regard to the one blockchain system to the client apparatus; causing the client apparatus to search for a Nonce value such that when calculating a hash value using the hash function as well as the block data and the hash value of the previous block, the hash value satisfies a predetermined condition; and receiving a Nonce value satisfying the predetermined condition as the result information from the client apparatus.
3 . The server apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the deciding executed by the processor includes
deciding a blockchain system having a best expected value of a reward based on at least exchange rates of virtual currencies and a hash rate among the blockchain systems.
4 . A distributed control method executed by a processor of a server apparatus, wherein the processor executes a process including:
acquiring data from a plurality of different data sources; deciding one data source from the data sources based on a predetermined condition; transmitting information including target data acquired from the data source decided by the deciding and a data processing method appropriate to the target data to a client apparatus; and receiving result information generated based on the target data and the data processing method from the client apparatus.
5 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium in which a program for causing a processor of a server apparatus to execute a distributed control process is recorded, wherein the distributed control process includes:
acquiring data from a plurality of different data sources; deciding one data source from the data sources based on a predetermined condition; transmitting information including target data acquired from the data source decided by the deciding and a data processing method appropriate to the target data to a client apparatus; and receiving result information generated based on the target data and the data processing method from the client apparatus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
