Abstract
A woven fence system including at least one fence panel having a body defined by a first-post, a second-post, and a woven-section comprising a plurality of woven sheets, and at least one restraint board at a base of the woven-section. The at least one fence panel is configured to be secured in a vertical position within a ground surface at the first-post and the second-post. The at least one fence panel includes a natural drainage system to reduce wood rod while providing light weight, structurally stable fence.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent is set forth in the appended claims:
1 . A woven fence system comprising:
at least one fence panel including;
a body having;
a first-post;
a second-post;
a top edge;
a woven-section having;
a plurality of woven sheets; and
at least one restraint board at a base of said woven-section;
wherein said body is defined by said first-post, said second-post, said top edge, said woven-section, and said at least one restraint board; wherein said plurality of woven sheets are configured within a boundary defined between said first-post, said second-post, and said at least one restraint board; wherein said plurality of woven sheets include a series of horizonal-sections and vertical-sections; wherein said horizonal-sections are perpendicular to said vertical-sections and create said woven-section; wherein said at least one restraint board at a base of said woven-section provides a gap between to allow for water drainage; and wherein said at least one fence panel is configured to be secured in a vertical position within a ground surface at said first-post and said second-post.
2 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections comprise equal widths.
3 . The woven fence system of claim 2 , wherein said horizonal-sections comprise a greater length than said vertical-sections.
4 . The woven fence system of claim 3 , wherein said vertical-sections are equidistantly spaced from one another.
5 . The woven fence system of claim 4 , wherein said woven-section comprises a single layer of said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections.
6 . The woven fence system of claim 5 , wherein said horizonal-sections are perpendicular to said vertical-sections and create a structurally integral said woven-section.
7 . The woven fence system of claim 6 , wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections are configured to be intertwined to create said woven-section.
8 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said at least one fence panel comprises wood.
9 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said at least one fence panel is configured to be used in a series to create a fence by connecting said first-post and said second-post in series.
10 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said woven-section comprises a substantially rectangular planar profile.
11 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said at least one restraint board at said base of said woven-section compresses and secures said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections in place.
12 . The woven fence system of claim 11 , wherein said gap provides a natural drainage system between two of said at least one restraint boards.
13 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said plurality of woven sheets each comprise a height of approximately 5.5 inches.
14 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said plurality of woven sheets each comprise a height of approximately 3.5 inches.
15 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said at least one fence panel comprises a gate.
16 . The woven fence system of claim 15 , wherein said at least one fence panel includes 3.5-inch said plurality of woven sheets.
17 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said woven-section comprises an interwoven-weave including said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections.
18 . The woven fence system of claim 1 , wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections comprise a substantially rectangular elongated profile.
19 . The woven fence system of claim 18 , wherein said horizonal-sections are secured at opposing ends to said first-post and said second-post and said vertical-sections are secured between said at least one restraint board and the top edge of said body.
20 . A woven fence system, the woven fence system comprising:
at least one fence panel;
a body;
a first-post;
a second-post;
a top edge;
a woven-section;
a plurality of woven sheets;
at least one restraint board at a base of said woven-section;
wherein said body of said at least one fence panel is defined by said first-post, said second-post, said top edge, said woven-section, and said at least one restraint board; wherein said at least one fence panel comprises wood; wherein said plurality of woven sheets are configured within a boundary defined between said first-post, said second-post, and said at least one restraint board; wherein said woven-section comprises a substantially rectangular planar profile; wherein said plurality of woven sheets each comprise a height of approximately 5.5 inches; wherein said plurality of woven sheets include a series of horizonal-sections and vertical-sections; wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections comprise a substantially rectangular elongated profile; wherein said horizonal-sections are perpendicular to said vertical-sections and create said woven-section; wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections comprise equal widths; wherein said horizonal-sections comprise a greater length than said vertical-sections; wherein said vertical-sections are equidistantly spaced from one another; wherein said woven-section comprises a single layer of said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections; wherein said horizonal-sections are perpendicular to said vertical-sections and create a structurally integral said woven-section; wherein said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections are configured to be intertwined to create said woven-section; wherein said horizonal-sections are secured at opposing ends to said first-post and said second-post and said vertical-sections are secured between said at least one restraint board and a top edge of said body; wherein said woven-section comprises an interwoven-weave including said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections; wherein said at least one restraint board at a base of said woven-section provides a gap between to allow for water drainage; wherein said at least one restraint board at said base of said woven-section compresses and secures said horizonal-sections and said vertical-sections in place; wherein said gap provides a natural drainage system between two of said at least one restraint boards; wherein said at least one fence panel is configured to be secured in a vertical position within a ground surface at said first-post and said second-post; wherein said at least one fence panel is configured to be used in a series to create a fence by connecting said first-post and said second-post in series; and wherein said at least one fence panel comprises a gate.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
