Cigarette lighter holder device

Abstract

A device including a strap or band implement with an elastic exterior and interior surfaces, wherein said band implement is joined to a cigarette package; a grasping tab portion projecting from a mid-section of said strap implement for grasping and pulling in order to generally create a space needed to slip a cigarette lighter under said band implement for secure-hosting to the cigarette package; an interior surface coating element covering at least a whole portion of said interior surface; an array of horizontal diamond pattern structures integrated into said interior surface coating element to enhance a grip attribute of said interior surface upon the cigarette package; a horizontal fabric textured rib segment disposed on a first portion of said exterior surface; and a vertical fabric textured rib segment, wherein said vertical fabric textured rib segment and horizontal fabric textured rib segment are arranged alternately around said exterior surface.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A device comprising:
 a strap or band implement, said strap or band implement comprises a substantially elastic exterior and interior surfaces, wherein said strap or band implement is configured to be removably-joined to a cigarette package in order to secure a cigarette lighter to an exterior of said cigarette package, which generally keep the cigarette package and cigarette lighter together;   a grasping tab portion projecting from a mid-section of said strap or band implement, wherein said grasping tab portion is configured to be operable for grasping and pulling in order to generally create a space needed to slip the cigarette lighter under said strap or band implement for secure-hosting to the cigarette package;   an interior surface coating element, said interior surface coating element is configured to cover at least a whole portion of said interior surface;   an array of horizontal diamond pattern structures integrated into said interior surface coating element, wherein said array of horizontal diamond pattern structures incorporated into said interior surface coating element being configured to enhance a grip attribute of said interior surface upon the cigarette package;   a horizontal fabric textured rib segment disposed on a first portion of said exterior surface; and   a vertical fabric textured rib segment disposed on a second portion of said exterior surface, said vertical fabric textured rib segment and horizontal fabric textured rib segment are arranged alternately around said exterior surface.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , further comprising a hem segment, said hem segment is configured to line a first and second edge around said strap or band implement. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 2 , in which said hem segment comprises a fabric textured hem segment that is configured to not hinder an elastic quality of said strap or band implement. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 3 , in which said interior surface coating element includes a textured rubber coating. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 4 , in which said exterior surface of said strap or band implement is made from at least a woven polyester. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 3 , in which said interior surface of said strap or band implement is made from at least one of, a rubber and a rubber latex material. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 5 , in which said strap or band implement comprises a ring-shaped strap or band implement. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 7 , further comprising at least one of, a logo, an emblem, and a symbol incorporated on a portion of said exterior surface. 
     
     
         9 . The device of  claim 4 , in which said exterior surface of said strap or band implement is made from a woven spandex. 
     
     
         10 . The device of  claim 9 , in which said strap or band implement comprises a straight strap or band implement. 
     
     
         11 . The device of  claim 7 , in which said strap or band implement is incorporated in a cigarette package. 
     
     
         12 . The device of  claim 11 , in which said strap or band implement comprises a brand name or trademark of the cigarette. 
     
     
         13 . The device of  claim 11 , in which said incorporated strap or band implement is secured in the cigarette package via a small passageway or belt loop. 
     
     
         14 . The device of  claim 7 , in which said strap or band implement incorporates a belt loop with adhesive that is configured to be operable for attachment to a cigarette package. 
     
     
         15 . A device consisting of:
 means for securing a cigarette lighter to an exterior of a cigarette package;   means for grasping and pulling in order to generally create a space needed to slip the cigarette lighter under said cigarette lighter securing means;   means for covering at least a whole portion of an interior surface of said cigarette lighter securing means;   an array of horizontal diamond pattern structures integrated into said interior surface covering means, wherein said array of horizontal diamond pattern structures incorporated into said interior surface coating element being configured to enhance a grip attribute of said interior surface upon the cigarette package;   a horizontal fabric textured rib segment disposed on a first portion of said exterior surface; and   a vertical fabric textured rib segment disposed on a second portion of said exterior surface, said vertical fabric textured rib segment and horizontal fabric textured rib segment are arranged alternately around said exterior surface; and   means for lining a first and second edge around said securing means.   
     
     
         16 . A device comprising:
 a strap or band implement, said strap or band implement comprises a substantially elastic exterior and interior surfaces, wherein said strap or band implement is configured to be removably-joined to a cigarette package in order to secure a cigarette lighter to an exterior of said cigarette package, which generally keep the cigarette package and cigarette lighter together;   a grasping tab portion projecting from a mid-section of said strap or band implement, wherein said grasping tab portion is configured to be operable for grasping and pulling in order to generally create a space needed to slip the cigarette lighter under said strap or band implement for secure-hosting to the cigarette package;   an interior surface coating element, said interior surface coating element is configured to cover at least a whole portion of said interior surface;   an array of horizontal diamond pattern structures integrated into said interior surface coating element, wherein said array of horizontal diamond pattern structures incorporated into said interior surface coating element being configured to enhance a grip attribute of said interior surface upon the cigarette package;   a horizontal fabric textured rib segment disposed on a first portion of said exterior surface;   a vertical fabric textured rib segment disposed on a second portion of said exterior surface, said vertical fabric textured rib segment and horizontal fabric textured rib segment are arranged alternately around said exterior surface and configured; and   a hem segment, said hem segment is configured to line a first and second edge around said strap or band implement.   
     
     
         17 . The device of  claim 16 , in which said hem segment comprises a fabric textured hem segment that is configured to not hinder an elastic quality of said strap or band implement. 
     
     
         18 . The device of  claim 17 , in which said exterior surface of said strap or band implement is made from at least a woven polyester or a woven spandex. 
     
     
         19 . The device of  claim 18 , in which said interior surface of said strap or band implement is made from at least one of, a rubber and a rubber latex material. 
     
     
         20 . The device of  claim 19 , in which said strap or band implement comprises a ring-shaped strap or band implement and at least one of, a logo, an emblem, and a symbol incorporated on a portion of said exterior surface.
