Abstract
A thermal insulator module includes: a thermal insulating member; and a frame part, all or a portion of the frame part being embedded in the thermal insulating member, having a plurality of fastening parts, each having one side coupled to a wall body and the other side to which an interior material or an exterior material is coupled, the other side being at a different position from the one side coupled to the wall body.

1 . A thermal insulator module comprising:
a thermal insulating member; and a frame part, all or a portion of the frame part being embedded in the thermal insulating member and having a plurality of fastening parts, each having one side coupled to a wall body and the other side to which an interior material or an exterior material is coupled, the other side being at a different position from the one side coupled to the wall body, wherein a plurality of frame parts are disposed to be spaced apart from one another along a widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member, and the frame part comprises:
a first frame positioned in a center of the frame part;
two second frames, each having one end extending toward both sides of the first frame and the other end being embedded in the thermal insulating member; and
third frames being embedded in the thermal insulating member and each having one end extending along the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member from the other end of each of the second frames.
2 . The thermal insulator module of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of fastening parts comprise a first fastening hole through which a wall body fixing means to be fixed to the wall body is fastened, and a second fastening hole, which is disposed at a different position from the first fastening hole and through which an interior/exterior fixing means fixed to the interior or exterior material is fastened.

The thermal insulator module of claim 2 , wherein the first fastening hole is formed in a center with respect to a widthwise direction of the frame part, and a plurality of second fastening holes are formed to be spaced apart from one another along the widthwise direction of the frame part with respect to the first fastening hole.
4 . The thermal insulator module of claim 3 , wherein the first fastening hole is formed in the first frame, and the second fastening holes are formed in the second frames.
5 . The thermal insulator module of claim 4 , wherein all of the first frame is embedded in the thermal insulating member, and all of the second frames are embedded in the thermal insulating member, or a protruding end of each of the second frames is exposed to an outside of the thermal insulating member.
6 . The thermal insulator module of claim 1 , wherein each of the third frames has the other end thereof being bent in a direction in which the interior or exterior material is disposed.
7 . The thermal insulator module of claim 1 , further comprising a support means embedded in the thermal insulating member, penetrated and fastened into the third frames and having a fastening end thereof being in contact with the wall body so as to prevent compression to of the thermal insulating member.
8 . A thermal insulating wall structure comprising:
a thermal insulator module attached to a wall body and comprising a thermal insulating member and a frame part, all or a portion of the frame part being embedded in the thermal insulating member and having a plurality of fastening parts; and a fastening means comprising a wall body fixing means fastened to the wall body and the plurality of fastening parts and configured to fix the thermal insulating member to the wall body, and an interior/exterior material fixing means fastened to the fastening parts and coupled to an interior/exterior material so as to fix the interior/exterior material, wherein a plurality of frame parts are disposed to be spaced apart from one another along a widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member, and the frame part comprises:
a first frame positioned in a center of the frame part with respect to the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member;
two second frames, each having one end extending toward both sides of the first frame and the other end being embedded in the thermal insulating member; and
third frames being embedded in the thermal insulating member and each having one end extending along the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member from the other end of each of the second frames.
9 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 8 , wherein each of thefastening parts comprises a first fastening hole through which the wall body fixing means is fastened, and a second fastening hole through which the interior/exterior fixing means is fastened.

The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 9 , wherein the first fastening hole is formed in a center with respect to a widthwise direction of the frame part, and a plurality of second fastening holes are formed to be spaced apart from one another along the widthwise direction of the frame part with respect to the first fastening hole, and the first fastening hole is formed in the first frame, and the second fastening holes are formed in the second frames.
11 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 8 , wherein each of the third frames has the other end thereof being bent in a direction in which the interior or exterior material is disposed.
12 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 10 , wherein the wall body fixing means is inserted at a side of the thermal insulator module, is penetrated and fastened into the first fastening hole and has an insertion end penetrating into the thermal insulating member and inserted into and fixed to the wall body.
13 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 10 , wherein the wall body fixing means is embedded in the wall body so that one end thereof is able to be exposed, the one end of the wall body fixing means penetrates into the thermal insulator module and is penetrated and fastened into the first fastening hole.
14 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 9 , further comprising a support means embedded in the thermal insulating member, penetrated and fastened into the third frames and preventing compression of the thermal insulating member.
15 . The thermal insulating wall structure of claim 10 , wherein the interior/exterior material fixing means comprises:
an interior/exterior material fixing clip part having one end connected to the second frames and the other side coupled to the interior/exterior material; and an interior/exterior material fastening bolt penetrated and fastened into the second frames and the interior/exterior material fixing clip part and configured to fix the interior/exterior material fixing clip part to the second frames.
16 . A thermal insulating wall construction method using a thermal insulator module, comprising:
attaching a thermal insulator module including a thermal insulating member and a frame part, all or a portion of the frame part being embedded in the thermal insulating member, a plurality of frame parts being disposed to be spaced apart from one another along a widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member and the frame part having a plurality of fastening parts, to a wall body; fastening a wall body fixing means to be inserted into the wall body by penetrating into the plurality of fastening parts and the thermal insulator module so as to fix the thermal insulator module to the wall body; fastening an interior/exterior material fixing means to the fastening parts; and installing an interior/exterior material at an outside of the thermal insulator module using the interior/exterior material fixing means, wherein the frame part comprises:
a first frame positioned in a center of the frame part with respect to the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member;
two second frames, each having one end extending toward both sides of the first frame and the other end being embedded in the thermal insulating member; and
third frames being embedded in the thermal insulating member and each having one end extending along the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member from the other end of each of the second frames.
17 . The thermal insulating wall construction method of claim 16 , before the attaching of the thermal insulator module to the wall body, further comprising fastening a support means into the third frames.
18 . The thermal insulating wall construction method of claim 16 , wherein each of the third frames has the other end thereof being bent in a direction in which the interior or exterior material is disposed.
19 . A thermal insulating wall construction method using a thermal insulator module, comprising:
fastening a thermal insulator module including a thermal insulating member and a frame part, all or a portion of the frame part being embedded in the thermal insulating member, a plurality of frame parts being disposed to be spaced apart from one another along a widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member and the frame part having a plurality of fastening parts, to the plurality of fastening parts so that one end of a wall body fixing means is able to be exposed to an outside; disposing one end of the wall body fixing means to be embedded in a wall body, installing a cast so that the thermal insulator module is disposed inward, and then placing and curing a concrete so as to form a wall body coupled to the thermal insulator module; fastening an interior/exterior material fixing means to the fastening parts; and installing an interior/exterior material at an outside of the thermal insulator module using the interior/exterior material fixing means, wherein the frame part comprises:
a first frame positioned in a center of the frame part with respect to the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member;
two second frames, each having one end extending toward both sides of the first frame and the other end being embedded in the thermal insulating member; and
third frames being embedded in the thermal insulating member and each having one end extending along the widthwise direction of the thermal insulating member from the other end of each of the second frames, wherein a support means is fastened into the third frames.
