A toilet roll extender uses an existing toilet roll dispenser and repositions the toilet paper to a more reachable location.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A toilet roll extender, comprising:
 (a) an inner cylinder having a tab for us in pivotally mounting said inner cylinder on a toilet roll dispenser, said inner cylinder having an internal spring;   (b) an outer cylinder having a mounting tab for use in pivotally mounting said outer cylinder on said toilet roll dispenser, said inner cylinder telescoping within said outer cylinder;   (c) an extension cylinder having a positioning tab for use in positioning toilet paper,   (d) an offset rigidly connected between said outer cylinder and said extension cylinder.
