Battery, particularly a button cell, and method for manufacture of such a battery
Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a battery comprising a casing provided with a cup and a closure part for said cup, the method comprising the successive steps consisting in: providing at least three parts with a first part defining one pole, and a second part and a third part defining the other pole and intended to form together the cup, the first and second parts respectively comprising a first surface and a second surface (6 a ) of matching shape, at least one adhesive portion of each of said surfaces extending in a geometric surface non-parallel to the general axis of the battery; bonding the aforementioned first and second surfaces to provide a structure with an adhesive joint between the first and second parts; welding the third part to the second part; the adhesive joint being arranged against an inner face of the cup, the aforementioned adhesive portion of the second part forming a stop, along the general axis, for the first part, which is located inside the cup.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 7 (canceled)
8 . A battery, in particular a button cell battery, comprising a casing which defines a first pole and a second pole of the battery and a general axis whose orientation corresponds to the general alignment of the first and second poles, the casing comprising a first part, forming the first pole, and a second part and a third part welded together to form a cup defining the second pole and having a welded joint, wherein the battery includes an adhesive joint connecting a first surface of the first part to a second surface of the second part in an isolated manner; wherein the first, second and third parts are arranged such that a first portion of the first part, at least partially defining the first surface, and a second portion of the second part, at least partially defining the second surface, are located one opposite the other and extend in a surface non-parallel to said general axis of the casing; and wherein said second portion forms a stop, in the direction of said general axis, for the first portion, which is located inside the cup relative to said stop, the second surface being an inner surface of the cup against which said adhesive joint is arranged and the first part closing the cup in a sealed and isolating manner with the aid of the adhesive joint.
9 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the cup includes a bottom surmounted by a side wall, which ends in a rim at least partially forming said stop, said welded joint being positioned at the junction between the bottom and the side wall.
10 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the cup includes a bottom surmounted by a side wall which ends in a rim at least partially forming said stop, said welded joint being positioned on the side wall.
11 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the cup includes a bottom surmounted by a side wall ending in a rim at least partially forming said stop, said welded joint being positioned at the junction between the side wall and the rim.
12 . The battery according to claim 9 , wherein there is no superposition between said first part and the side wall of the cup.
13 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the adhesive joint includes a spacer incorporated in the adhesive of this adhesive joint.
14 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the adhesive joint is inserted between two silica layers anchored in said first and second surfaces.
15 . The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the adhesive joint is chemically linked to the first and second surfaces or, where appropriate, to the silica layers deposited thereon via an adhesion promoter layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
