Novel soft-sided beverage insulating device and system

Abstract

The present invention is a novel soft-sided beverage insulating device and system intended to be an improvement over prior art. The invention is designed to envelope, wrap, hold or otherwise secure a container with liquid content. The invention improves upon the prior art by improving upon liquid content temperature control, an over-cap or cap for protection of or to reseal a liquid content container, a frame to support a geometric shape and provide a compartment for novelty electronics such as LED lights or other low voltage electronics. The invention offers a leverage opening system to access the liquid content of the enveloped container and an attachment point for straps, harness or other attachment to increase transportability of the said device. Additionally, embodiments allow for bespoke modifications for cosmetic purposes, fit and novelty.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A novel soft-sided beverage insulating device designed to envelope, wrap, hold or otherwise secure a container with liquid content comprising:
 A geometric body open at its top, open at its face, and opens via the vertical axis with a zipper or other closure system, having a bottom; and said geometric body having an inner and an outer wall formed of resilient fabric material fastened together so as to form a plurality of compartments between said inner and outer walls;   insulation material disposed within said compartments formed of resilient fabric of varying porosity to accommodate hot, cold beverage or ambient temperature liquid; and,   a polysiloxanes over-cap or cap that may or may not be affixed to the inner wall at the top of said geometric body for snugly fitting around the open top or closure apparatus of the liquid container held within the soft-sided device; and, capable of resealing the held container in lieu of said containers original closure device; and,   is comprised of a leverage opening system to remove or open or the original manufacturer lid, cap, cork or seal of the content to be drunk or poured and to leverage open the device; and,   is comprised of a compartment within the inner and outer walls, top and bottom of the geometric body that is suitable for enveloping, wrapping, affixing, or encasing a frame, battery compartment, electronics wiring for novelty or other purposes; and,   has no less than one anchor point affixed to the geometric body for the attachment of a strap, sling, dip, carabiner or harness for the purpose of transporting the novel soft-sided beverage insulating device.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1  wherein said insulated material is of enough durometer to reduce incident of breakage or puncture of beverage containers held within the device during transportation, and to reduce vibrations to liquid content. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 1  where the soft sided beverage insulating device may have strike plating, stiffeners or ribs to protect, frame, or support the geometric shape. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 1  where the soft sided beverage insulating device has an integrated leverage opening system to remove or open or disconnect the original manufacturer lid, cap, cork or seal of the content to be drunk or poured from the enveloped liquid content container. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1  where the soft sided beverage insulating device may have a bottom that has a battery compartment to run low voltage components, such as LED bulbs or electronic midi device contained, enveloped or constrained within the compartments of the said soft-sided insulating device.
