Abstract

The disclosure relates to a hydrophobic film according to one embodiment is provided. The hydrophobic film includes a flexible substrate and a hydrophobic layer on a surface of the flexible substrate. The hydrophobic layer comprises a base and a patterned bulge layer on a surface of the base.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hydrophobic film, the hydrophobic film comprising:
 a flexible substrate; and   a hydrophobic layer on the flexible substrate;   wherein the hydrophobic layer comprises a base and a patterned bulge layer on a surface of the base away from the flexible substrate.   
     
     
         2 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , wherein the patterned bulge layer is a net-like structure comprising a plurality of strip-shaped bulges intersected with each other and a plurality of holes defined by the plurality of strip-shaped bulges. 
     
     
         3 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of strip-shaped bulges comprises a plurality of first strip-shaped bulges and a plurality of second strip-shaped bulges, the plurality of first strip-shaped bulges are substantially parallel with each other and extend along a first direction, and the plurality of second strip-shaped bulges are substantially parallel with each other and extend along a second direction different from the first direction. 
     
     
         4 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 3 , wherein an angle between the first direction and the second direction is greater than 30 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees. 
     
     
         5 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 2 , wherein each of the plurality of strip-shaped bulges has a width ranging from about 25 nanometers to about 600 nanometers and a height ranging from about 75 nanometers to about 800 nanometers, and a distance between adjacent two of the plurality of strip-shaped bulges can range from about 15 nanometers to about 800 nanometers. 
     
     
         6 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 2 , wherein the width of each of the plurality of strip-shaped bulges can range from about 30 nanometers to about 135 nanometers, the height of each of the plurality of strip-shaped bulges can range from about 80 nanometers to about 400 nanometers, the spacing can range from about 30 nanometers to about 350 nanometers. 
     
     
         7 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , wherein the patterned bulge layer is a two-dimensional array comprising a plurality of bumps spaced from each other and a plurality of grooves defined by the plurality of bumps. 
     
     
         8 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , wherein the base and the patterned bulge layer are an integrated structure, and a material of the base and the patterned bulge layer is an insulating material or a semiconductor material. 
     
     
         9 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible substrate away from the hydrophobic layer; and   a shielded layer on a surface of the adhesive layer away from the flexible substrate.   
     
     
         10 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a heating layer on a surface of the flexible substrate away from the hydrophobic layer; and   a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to and in direct contact with the heating layer.   
     
     
         11 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 10 , wherein the heating layer comprises an indium tin oxide layer or a carbon nanotube layer. 
     
     
         12 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, wherein the flexible substrate is electrically and thermally conductive and the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to and in direct contact with flexible substrate.   
     
     
         13 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 12 , wherein the flexible substrate comprises a polymer matrix and a carbon nanotube structure dispersed therein. 
     
     
         14 . The hydrophobic film of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible substrate comprises a polymer matrix and a carbon nanotube structure dispersed therein, and some of the plurality of carbon nanotubes are exposed from the polymer matrix.
