Determination device through clustering analysis of position history data, method, and non-transitory computer readable storage medium
Abstract
According to an embodiment a determination device through a clustering analysis of position history data includes an estimation unit that, by conducting a clustering analysis on history data of pieces of geographical position information on Earth of a plurality of movable bodies that is obtained by a positioning device, based on a horizontal position constituted of a latitude and a longitude and a lapse of time, acquires pieces of area information indicating a characteristic of geographical area in which there is a tendency for the movable bodies to be positioned, the history data being accumulated sequentially in a storage device with pieces of movable body identification information and pieces of timestamp information, and a determination unit that determines whether the movable body is present in a specified point in time and the geographical area, based on the pieces of area information acquired for one of the movable bodies.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
calculating, for at least one first user, a probability of the at least one first user being at a first base location, which is a delivery destination, based on pieces of position information indicating a history of visits to a plurality of base locations of a first terminal device over time, the first terminal device corresponding to the at least one first user; estimating a delivery route information indicating a delivery route for visiting the first base location in which the calculated probabilities of a presence of the at least one first user when a second user who makes a delivery to the plurality of base locations visits the first base location is higher than a predetermined threshold, the delivery route being determined based on a comparison of the calculated probability with the predetermined threshold; and outputting the estimated delivery route information to a second terminal device corresponding to the second user.
2 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the position information is obtained via a global positioning system (GPS) device.
3 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 1 , wherein the outputting of the estimated delivery route information includes causing a display to display the indication that the first user is present at the base location.
4 . An information processing device comprising:
a hardware processor programmed to:
calculate, for at least one first user, a probability of the at least one first user being at a first base location, which is a delivery destination, based on pieces of position information indicating a history of visits to a plurality of base locations of a first terminal device over time, the first terminal device corresponding to the at least one first user;
estimate a delivery route information indicating a delivery route for visiting the first base location in which the calculated probabilities of a presence of the at least one first user when a second user who makes a delivery to the plurality of base locations visits the first base location is higher than a predetermined threshold, the delivery route being determined based on a comparison of the calculated probability with the predetermined threshold; and
output the estimated delivery route information to a second terminal device corresponding to the second user.
5 . The information processing device according to claim 4 , wherein the position information is obtained via a global positioning system (GPS) device.
6 . The information processing device according to claim 4 , wherein the outputting of the estimated delivery route information includes causing a display to display the indication that the first user is present at the base location.
7 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to perform steps comprising:
calculating, for at least one first user, a probability of the at least one first user being at a first base location, which is a delivery destination, based on pieces of position information indicating a history of visits to a plurality of base locations of a first terminal device over time, the first terminal device corresponding to the at least one first user; estimating a delivery route information indicating a delivery route for visiting the first base location in which the calculated probabilities of a presence of the at least one first user when a second user who makes a delivery to the plurality of base locations visits the first base location is higher than a predetermined threshold, the delivery route being determined based on a comparison of the calculated probability with the predetermined threshold; and outputting the estimated delivery route information to a second terminal device corresponding to the second user.
8 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 7 , wherein the position information is obtained via a global positioning system (GPS) device.
9 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 7 , wherein the outputting of the estimated delivery route information includes causing a display to display the indication that the first user is present at the base location.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
