. The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material are adapted to be positioned adjacent at least one of an interior surface or an exterior surface of the first structure.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material are adapted to be deformed into the substantially contiguous seal by manually applying force to the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the first structure is adapted to be moved from an open position to a closed position relative to the opening in the second structure, and vice versa.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of individual sections of moldable material are a substantially rectangular shape block of the moldable material having a thickness that permits the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material to be deformed into the substantially contiguous seal by application of a manual force.

. The device of claim 13 , wherein the thickness is about 0.5 inches.

. The device of claim 14 , wherein the plurality of individual sections of moldable material further comprise a length and a width, wherein the length is about 10 inches and the width is about 3 inches.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the number of the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material is sufficient to permit the formation of the substantially contiguous seal on a standard door having a width of about 36 inches.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein all of the plurality of individual sections of the moldable material are all the same physical size.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the substantially contiguous seal is adapted to be positioned adjacent a bottom and a vertical portion of opposing side surfaces of the first structure.

. The device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of individual sections of a moldable material are adapted for rapid deployment in an emergency.

. A device, comprising:
