Capsule for soluble mixture
Abstract
A capsule for soluble mixture assigned to the production of fluid food or beverage. The capsule comprises a container and a lid peripherally bounded to an annular edge of the container and perforable for inletting a liquid into the container in correspondence with the operating condition. The capsule further comprises a tubular duct having an inner end opening into the container volume and an outer end fixed to a base of the container, opposed to the lid, and leading outside for pouring the fluid food in correspondence with the operating condition. Said capsule, in an inactive condition preceding the operating condition, the inner end of the duct is configured to abut with the lid occluding the inner end as to prevent the outflow escape of soluble mixture. By the pressure of the liquid entered into the container in the operating condition, the lid, made of a material at least partially flexible and/or deformable, is configured to move away from that inner end opening to allow the dispensing of the fluid food through the outer end.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A capsule for soluble mixture, in an operating condition intended to the production of fluid food or beverages, comprising:
a container; a lid peripherally bounded to an annular edge of the container and perforable for inletting a liquid into the container in correspondence with the operating condition; a tubular duct having an inner end opening into a volume of the container volume and an outer end fixed to a base of the container, opposed to the lid, and leading outside for pouring the fluid food or beverages in correspondence with the operating condition, wherein responsive to the capsule being in an inactive condition, set before the operating condition, the inner end of the duct is configured to abut in mutual contact with the lid occluding the inner end to prevent the escape of the soluble mixture and that by the pressure of the liquid entered into the container, in the operating condition the lid, made of a material at least partially flexible and/or deformable, is configured to move away from that inner end opening of the tubular duct to allow the dispensing of the fluid food or beverages through the outer end.
2 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein the annular edge of the container and the inner end opening of the tubular duct lie on the same geometric plane and, in correspondence with the inactive condition, the lid lies on the same geometric plane.
3 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein the lid is constrained to the annular edge of the container by gluing, welding, crimping, and/or through a perimeter ring with a high strength bond.
4 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein a material rigidity of the container and of tubular duct is greater than a material rigidity of the lid.
5 . The capsule according to claim 4 , wherein the container and the tubular duct are made with a rigid plastic material and the lid is realized with a membrane or sheets of plastic material, aluminum, paper or its individual substitutes or mutually coupled.
6 . The capsule according to claim 4 , wherein the lid is realized with a membrane or sheet of elastic and/or resilient material.
7 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular duct and the container are in a single body.
8 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular duct is fixed to the container near a bottom of the container.
9 . The capsule according to claim 1 , further comprising adhesion means interposed between the lid and the inner end opening of the tubular duct to create therebetween a seal and a labile and removable fastening to allow the detachment and deformation of the lid in the operative condition.
10 . The capsule according to claim 1 , wherein the volume between walls of the container and the tubular duct is completely filled with the soluble mixture.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
