Abstract

A drawing frame for a textile machine includes at least two drawing frame modules, with module having a roller and an opposite counter-roller supported on an individual carrier, wherein the roller is movable back and forth independently of the rollers of the other drawing frame modules between a load position and a release position. For each drawing frame module, the roller bodies of the roller and of the counter-roller are out of contact in the release position and are pressed together in the load position in order to guide the fiber assembly in a clamping manner. Each carrier includes a first carrier section and a separate second carrier section, wherein the roller is supported on the first carrier section and the counter-roller is supported on the second carrier section. A guide is configured between the first carrier section and the second carrier section so that the first carrier section and the second carrier section are displaceable relative to each other.

. A drawing frame for a textile machine for drawing a strand-like fiber assembly fed to the drawing frame, comprising:
at least two drawing frame modules successively arranged in a transport direction of the fiber assembly, each drawing frame module comprising a roller and an opposite counter-roller; each of the roller and the counter-roller comprising a roller body rotatable about a rotary axle; each drawing frame module comprising an individual carrier on which the roller and the counter-roller are supported; for each drawing frame module, the roller supported on the carrier via a receptacle such that the roller is movable back and forth independently of the rollers of the other drawing frame modules between a load position and a release position; for each drawing frame module, the roller body of the roller and of the counter-roller are out of contact in the release position and are pressed against one another in the load position in order to guide the fiber assembly in a clamping manner; each carrier comprising a first carrier section and a separate second carrier section, wherein the roller is supported on the first carrier section and the counter-roller is supported on the second carrier section; a guide configured between the first carrier section and the second carrier section so that the first carrier section and the second carrier section are displaceable relative to each other.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , further comprising a guide rail on which the carriers are fixed via a fixing arrangement, the carriers movable along the guide rail in a released position of the fixing arrangement.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 16 , wherein the carriers are fixed on the guide rail in a form-fitting manner.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , wherein in at least two of the drawing frame modules have a same construction.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , wherein the rotary axles of the roller and the counter roller are supported on a single end on the carrier.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , wherein the first carrier section and the second carrier section are fixed relative to each other via a fixing element.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 20 , wherein the fixing element is movable between a fixing position wherein the first carrier section and the second carrier section are fixed relative to each other, and a release position wherein the first carrier section and the second carrier section are displaceable relative to each other.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , wherein the first carrier section and the second carrier section are in contact both in the load position and in the release position of the roller.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 , further comprising a loading element configured with the roller to apply a defined load force in the load position of the roller.

. The drawing frame as set forth in claim 23 , wherein the receptacle comprises a swivel lever.

. A textile machine, comprising the drawing frame as set forth in claim 15 .

. The textile machine as set forth in claim 25 , wherein the drawing frame modules are operatively connected to the guide rail as a unit that is removable as a whole from the textile machine.
