Abstract
Heteroaryl pyridone and aza-pyridone compounds are provided, including stereoisomers, tautomers, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, useful for inhibiting Btk kinase, and for treating immune disorders such as inflammation mediated by Btk kinase. Methods of using heteroaryl pyridone and aza-pyridone compounds for in vitro, in situ, and in vivo diagnosis, and treatment of such disorders in mammalian cells, or associated pathological conditions, are disclosed.

2-{3′-Hydroxymethyl-1-methyl-5-[5-((S)-2-methyl-4-oxetan-3-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-pyridin-2-ylamino]-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-[3,4′]bipyridinyl-2′-yl}-7,7-dimethyl-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-2H,6H-cyclopenta[4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-1-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
12 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 11 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in the form of a capsule or a tablet.
13 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 12 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a tablet.

15 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 14 in the form of a capsule or a tablet.
