Abstract
A pillow comprising an external envelope made from a three-dimensional breathable, fireproof, and antibacterial fabric. The external envelope encloses at least one inner breathable layer made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material. The external envelope and the inner breathable layer are made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material are reciprocally coupled in a removable manner. The external envelope is provided with an opening configured for making it possible to extract the inner breathable layer made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material from such external envelope. Between the external envelope and the inner breathable layer there is conveniently interposed at least one intermediate ergonomic layer made from a foamy and fireproof material. The intermediate ergonomic layer is externally coupled with the envelope in a removable manner and is configured for at least partially enclosing the inner breathable layer. The intermediate ergonomic layer is irremovably coupled with the inner breathable layer.

A pillow ( 10 ) comprising an external envelope ( 12 ) made from a three-dimensional breathable, fireproof, and antibacterial fabric, said external envelope ( 12 ) enclosing at least one inner breathable layer ( 14 ) made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material, wherein the external envelope ( 12 ) fully envelopes the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material, so that the inner surface of said external envelope ( 12 ) fully covers the outer surface of said inner breathable layer ( 14 ), wherein the external envelope ( 12 ) and the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material are reciprocally coupled in a removable manner, and wherein the external envelope ( 12 ) is provided with at least a closure ( 18 ) configured for making it possible to extract the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) made from a fireproof three-dimensional polymeric material from said external envelope ( 12 ).

The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 1 , wherein between the external envelope ( 12 ) and the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) there is further interposed at least one intermediate ergonomic layer ( 16 ) made from a foamy and fireproof material, said at least one intermediate ergonomic layer ( 16 ) being externally coupled with the envelope ( 12 ) in a removable manner and being configured for at least partially enclosing the inner breathable layer ( 14 ), said intermediate ergonomic layer ( 16 ) also being coupled irremovably with the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) in correspondence with their respective contact surfaces.
3 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the foamy material that the intermediate ergonomic layer ( 16 ) is made from is of a shape memory type.
4 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the shape memory foamy material has a density ranging from 40 kg/m 3 to 60 kg/m 3 .
5 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the shape memory foamy material is provided with one or more through holes.
6 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 3 , wherein the shape memory foamy material is a polyurethane foam.
7 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 2 , wherein the three-dimensional polymeric material that the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) is made from consists of a polymer of the class of polyesters.
8 . The pillow ( 10 ) according to claim 7 , wherein the three-dimensional polymeric material that the inner breathable layer ( 14 ) is made from has a density ranging from kg/m 3 to 40 kg/m 3 .
