Curler spoon
Abstract
The present invention refers to the design of a spoon for curling eyelashes. This new design refers to the using of an ergonomic spoon which application is to curl eyelashes. This design focus its characteristics in the fact that it can easily and rapidly curl the eyelashes without making any damage, by means of an ergonomic and hygienic design by the friendly use of the product in different ways. The advantages of the design that is to be protected has to do with its ergonomic characteristics which allows a more comfortable use of the spoon with a configuration in its borders that drastically reduces the deterioration of the eyelashes with its use and that the device is hygienic since it doesn't have corners that holds any kind of residues that decompose with the time of use. Structurally the spoon is characterized for including three longitudinal sections, an ending section with a concave configuration, an intermediate section called neck where a thinning is located in every direction and the ending called handle with a central bulge which vanishes in every direction towards the ending and toward the neck.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A curler spoon which comprises three longitudinal sections, an ending section with a concave configuration, an intermediate section called neck, which thins down in every way, and the ending called handle with a central bulge which vanishes in every direction towards an ending and to the neck.
2 . The curler spoon as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the concave section has four sections of borders, one of which is outward convex d) from the ending of the neck until a little after half of the middle in the concave section of the spoon c), continuing with a concave outward border until the beginning of the curve of the end vertex b) which may be defined as a half-ellipse and a) a convex outward section of a curve, from the point where the vertex ends until the spoon's neck.
3 . The curler spoon as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the curvatures in the frontal view 3 A have the following characteristics, the curve (a) is represented by the equation “y=−0.0138x 2 +0.6816x+0.5175”, the curvature (b) is represented by the equation “y=−0.1058x 2 +1.3825x−0.2775”, the curvature (c) by the equation “y=0.0168x 2 +0.2793x+0.0263” and curvature (d) has the functionality “y=−0.0178x 2 +0.7006x+0.0848”.
4 . The curler spoon as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the curvature observed from the position illustrated in the left lateral view ( 3 B), the curve (a) relates to the equation “y=−0.0016x2+0.0959x−0.3015”, in the superior view ( 3 E) the curvature (b) relates to the equation “y=0.0003x2−0.003x+0.0039; in the superior view ( 3 E) the curvature (c) may be represented by the equation “y=0.0105x 2 −0.1803x+0.7404”.
5 . The A curler spoon as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the curvature (c) in the right lateral view ( 3 C) follows the geometrical spot of the equation “y=0.0041x 2 −0.1039x+0.6691” and the geometrical place of the curvature (d) in the right lateral view ( 3 C) is represented by the equation “y=−0.0028x 2 +0.1239x−0.095”.
6 . The A curler spoon according to claim 1 , wherein which is decorated with one or more of impressions, laminations, adhesives and paint.
7 . The A curler spoon accordingly to claim 1 , wherein which is decorated with cuts, perforations and/or engravings.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
