Coat Capable of Assembling Exoskeleton Protection Component
Abstract
A coat capable of assembling exoskeleton protection component comprises a coat and an exoskeleton protection component. The exoskeleton protection component is fastened on the coat through a fastening device. While in application, the coat worn on the body does not only have normal function but also has operation functions of auxiliary correction, rehabilitation or protection, and enhancing waist structure of human upper body by utilizing the exoskeleton protection component. The component can prevent harm from habits of loading, sitting and wrong working posture. At the same time, the exoskeleton protection component can be utilized as a wearing platform based upon different demands.

. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 1 , wherein the fastening device comprises at least one bag body having bag mouth, the bag body fastened to the coat through a connection device, configuration position of the bag body being configured according to positions of human muscles and bones and personal demands; the exoskeleton protection component comprising at least an exoskeleton plate, the exoskeleton plate passing through the bag body from the bag mouth in order to achieve fastening.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2 , wherein the coat having a substrate fabric, the fabric comprising an intermediate portion and a chest portion and a back portion respectively located at a front end and a rear end of the intermediate portion; a middle of the intermediate portion having a perforation, the chest portion corresponding to a middle of the perforation having a buckle member, buckling direction of the buckle member being vertical the intermediate portion, the chest portion separated into two so as to have a left front half portion and a right front half portion by taking the buckle member as a boundary; the back portion composed of an upper section fabric surface and a lower section fabric surface that are vertically arranged, the upper section fabric surface disposed with a bag mouth communicating with the placing bag by corresponding to an end portion of the placing bag; a left side and a right side of the back portion respectively having a zipper, while upwardly folding a bottom end of the lower section fabric surface toward the upper section fabric surface, the two zippers buckling an inner portion folded by the lower section fabric surface and the upper section fabric surface to form an internal space so as to form a containing bag; two connection members respectively disposed at left and right sides of the chest portion and the back portion in order to buckle two sides of the chest portion and the back portion.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3 , further comprising two sets of clamping devices, the two sets of clamping devices respectively configured at a left side and a right side of the perforation; each set of clamping devices comprising a front clipper and a rear clipper, the front clipper and the rear clipper mutually intersected at a middle position and, at the intersected position, being pierced by a pivot shaft to achieve pivoting, an included angle between bottom ends of the front clipper and the rear clipper forming a clamping interval provided for embedding shoulders of a human.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3 , wherein the upper section fabric surface has a plurality of pores, and the placing bag is a net bag.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 4 , wherein two ends of the pivot shaft are respectively pivoted with a buckle.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 4 , wherein top ends of the front clipper and the rear clipper are formed into a wearing platform.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3 , further comprising two buckle belts, after pulling the buckle member and separating the left front half portion and the rear front half portion and respectively rolling up a strip, the two buckle belts connecting bottom ends of the left front half portion and the right front half portion to the left side and the right side of the back portion so that the two buckle belts form straps for the backpack.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2 , wherein the connection device is fastened by sewing.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2 , wherein the connection device is a zipper.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2 , wherein the connection device is a Velcro tape.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 2 , wherein the connection device is buttoned by buttons.
. The coat capable of assembling an exoskeleton protection component of claim 3 , wherein a left end and a right end on an inner surface of the lower section fabric surface are individually configured with a waist belt, and one ends of the two waist belts are fastened and connected to the lower section fabric surface while another ends are pulled out so that a length is extended toward a belly button position of human to protect waists of people and warm the belly button.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
