Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an electronic device configured to send a service request of a service to a remote server; receive an authority from the remote server; and control, according to the authority, an on-board device mounted on a target vehicle that is assigned by the remote server to provide the service to a user associated with the electronic device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An electronic device configured to manage a vehicle, comprising:
a state detection module configured to be on-board connected to a vehicle bus of the vehicle, wherein during operation the state detection module obtains a state of the vehicle through the vehicle bus, and independently sends the state of the vehicle to a server remote to the vehicle; and a tracking module, wherein during operation the tracking module tracks a location of the vehicle, and independently sends the location to the server.

2 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
an event data recorder, wherein during operation, the event data recorder records internal and external environmental information of the vehicle, and independently sends the internal and external environmental information to the server.

3 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the tracking module is electronically integrated with the state detection module.

4 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein when an abnormal operation occurs to at least one of the tracking module, the state detection module, or the event data recorder, one or more of remainder of the tracking module, the state detection module, and the event data recorder are triggered to send an alert to the server.

5 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the tracking module, the state detection module, and the event data recorder are configured to communicate with each other, and
absent of connection with the server, when an abnormal operation occurs to any one of the tracking module, the state detection module, and the event data recorder, one or more of the others of the tracking module, the state detection module, and the event data recorder are activated and send an alert to the server at a later time when the wireless connection with the server is available.

6 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the state detection module is an On-Board Diagnostics module or a vehicle bus module.

7 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the tracking module is a Global Position System (GPS).

8 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a user terminal authorized by the server to control the at least one of the tracking module, the state detection module, or the event data recorder, wherein during operation, the user terminal sends an instruction to instruct the server to trigger at least one of the tracking module, the state detection module, or the event data recorder to activate according to the authorization.

9 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a user terminal associated with the vehicle, wherein during operation, the user terminal receives, from the server, information related to the vehicle.

10 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a management terminal configured to receive an authority from the server and, upon authorized by the server, further receive, during operation from the server, information related to at least one vehicle.

11 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a management terminal configured to receive an authority from the server and, upon authorized by the server, send an instruction, during operation, to the server to activate at least one of the tracking module, the state detection module, or the event data recorder.

12 . The electronic device according to claim 4 , further comprising:
an alarm, wherein during operation, the alarm alerts when the abnormal operation occurs.

13 . The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the abnormal operation comprises removal, an abnormal signal, or a fault of any one of the tracking module, the state detection module, or the event data recorder.
