Abstract

The electrode structure for electronic devices according to the present invention comprises a powdered electrode material, and carbon nanotubes having a volume resistivity of not more than 2×10 −2 Ω·cm.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An electrode structure used in an electronic device, the electrode structure comprising:
a powdered electrode material; and carbon nanotubes having a volume resistivity of not more than 2×10 −2 Ω·cm, wherein the average length of the carbon nanotubes based on electron microscopic observation is at least 1 μm.

2 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the G/D ratio of the carbon nanotubes, as measured by Raman spectroscopic analysis, is at least 50.

3 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the content of the carbon nanotubes is not more than 10 mass %.

4 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure does not contain a resin binder.

5 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure does not contain a current collector.

6 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the average aspect ratio of the carbon nanotubes is at least 100.

7 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the carbon nanotubes comprise single-walled carbon nanotubes.

8 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure contains a positive electrode active material and/or a negative electrode active material as the electrode material.

9 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure contains active carbon as the electrode material.

10 . The electrode structure according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode structure contains a catalyst-supporting carbon as the electrode material.

11 . The electrode structure according to claim 8 , wherein the electrode structure contains at least one compound capable of the reversible insertion and release of lithium ions as the active material.

12 . The electrode structure according to claim 11 , wherein the compound comprises at least one oxide or phosphate containing lithium and a transition metal as constituent metal elements.
