100 . Process to transform a flexible container, a container provided with at least two faces that delimit an interior enclosure, and which in turn said faces are delimited by a perimeter exterior contour defined by at least one perimeter side, and/or by less a sealing line or fold that closes the container partially or in its entirety, in which the container houses at least one fluid and optionally or in addition can house at least one solid or solids, granular or powdery, where the process is characterized by which comprises the following stages:
pressing, for example, in the direction of the interior of the container, using at least one impact body ( 6 ) [or, for example, by means of a thrust mode as directed air] on/against/with/between/at less a section [or, also, for example, against/with/between/in the intermediate zone, partial zone, complete zone] of at least one peripheral side or zone of two perimeter lateral sides contiguous with one end or vertex; or, vice versa, the perimeter lateral side is the one that hits on/against/with/between/in the impact body ( 6 ) or, but also, in any case being in movement both the initial container and the impact body ( 6 ): so that section of the fluid is displaced towards the contour of the container, increasing the pressure inside the container, as well as producing a local inflation effect, obtaining: at least one support face or additional face in the area of the container impacted by the impact body which allows the container to stand as well as modify the geometric configuration of the container, and at least one flap or triangular body (or at least section of the flap or triangular body) contiguous with the supporting face (or additional face) and formed by section of at least two faces of the container; Folding, bending or joining, by a mechanical, pushing or air-directed mode, at least once towards at least one direction and/or to (or on) itself: at least section of at least one flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) [or at least section of a flap or triangular body] towards at least section of at least another section of the same flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) [or at least section of the flap or triangular body]. Furthermore at least section of these two sections of at least one triangular flap/body (or at least section of the flap or triangular body) may be, for example: superimposed in parallel or with some degree of rotation to one side or the other, as well as also folding or bending at least once the triangular flap (or at least section of the flap or triangular body) on itself, for example, rectilinearly, obliquely or semicircular convex/concave; obtaining:
at least a section of at least one section of at least two sections or halves of at least one triangular flap (or at least section of at least one flap or triangular body), which will be folded or folded at least one once towards at least one direction and towards (or over) at least section of another section of the same or another flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) (or at least section of it or another triangular body/flap), and
an edge or fold generated at the intersection of at least two sections or halves of at least one flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) (or at least section of the flap or triangular body), where the package is going to keep the container permanently watertight without pores or leaks.
101 . Process to transform a flexible container, according to claim 4 , where the process is characterized by which comprises the following stages:
wherein the container houses at least one fluid and in addition solids, granules or powders,
wherein the method is characterized as it comprises the following steps:
First Stage: press in the direction of the interior of the container [preferably, from the top of the container when standing vertically, because this area is free, for example, of solids] using at least one body of impact ( 6 ) [or, for example, by pushing such as directed air] on/against/with/between/in at least one section [or, also but, for example, against/with/between/in the intermediate zone, partial zone, complete zone] of at least one peripheral side or zone of two perimeter lateral sides contiguous with one end or vertex [for example, located in the upper section of the container; or, vice versa, the perimeter lateral side is the one that hits on/against/with/between/in the impact body ( 6 ) or, but also, in any of the cases being in movement both the initial container and the impact body ( 6 ):
so that section of the fluid is displaced towards the contour of the container, increasing the pressure inside the container, as well as producing a local inflation effect, obtaining:
at least one support face or additional face in the area of the container impacted by the impact body which allows the container to stand stably as well as, in turn, modify the geometric configuration of the container, and
at least one flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) [or at least section of at least one flap or triangular body] contiguous with the support face and formed by at least two sides of the container, and
Second stage:
By folding, bending or joining, by a mechanical, pushing or air-directed mode, at least once to at least one direction and/or to (or on) itself: at least section of at least a flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) [or at least section of a flap or triangular body] towards at least a section of at least another section of the same or another flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) [or less section of the flap or triangular body]. Furthermore at least section of these two sections of at least one triangular flap/body (or at least section of the flap or triangular body) may be, for example: superimposed in parallel or with some degree of rotation to one side or the other, as well as also folding or bending at least once the triangular flap (or at least section of the flap or triangular body) on itself, for example, rectilinearly, obliquely or semicircular convex/concave; getting:
at least one section of at least a section of at least two sections or halves of at least one triangular flap (or at least section of at least one flap or triangular body), which will be folded or folded at least one once towards at least one direction and towards (or over) at least section of another section of the same or another flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) (or at least section of it or another triangular body/flap), and
an edge or fold generated at the intersection of at least two sections or halves of at least one flap ( 36 )/triangular body ( 36 ) (or at least section of the flap or triangular body), where the package is going to keep permanently watertight without pores or leaks.
Third Stage: followed, immediately, by a way of flipping the container that is, preferably, upright, the container will be rotated 180 degrees (or approximately) on itself so that, on the one hand, the solids packed inside the container fall downwards due to the gravitational effect and, on the other hand, at least one of the perimeter lateral sides (which previously, for example, was located in the lower section of the container) turns towards, for example, the upper section of the container.
Fourth step: on at least one perimeter that is now located at the top of the container, steps one, two and three described above in this procedure are going to be repeated.
102 . Process to improve other procedures for the production of containers of three-dimensional configuration, which are manufactured with flexible materials; wherein the method comprises the following steps:
