The two side plates are respectively hinged with the second plate. Sliding guiding holes are provided on the first plate. The two side plates are respectively fixedly connected or movably connected with a sliding member. The two sliding members ( 4 ) are respectively slidably provided in the sliding guiding holes, such that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve unfolding. The foldable box is simple in structure and convenient for assembling, reducing the space occupied thereby.
