User terminal and radio communication method
Abstract
The present invention is designed to prevent degradation of communication quality and/or maintain fairness with other systems and other operators in a communication system in which cells specified to employ listening are used. A user terminal has a receiving section that receives a DL signal including a UL grant, and a control section that controls transmission of UL data based on the UL grant and a channel access procedure before UL transmission, and, when a plurality of consecutive UL subframes are scheduled, the control section determines the LBT conditions to apply to transmission in the current UL subframe based on the result of LBT in an earlier UL subframe.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A user terminal comprising:
a receiving section that receives a DL signal including a UL grant; and
a control section that controls UL data transmission based on the UL grant and a channel access procedure before UL transmission,
wherein, when a plurality of consecutive UL subframes are scheduled, the control section determines an LBT condition to apply to transmission in a current UL subframe based on a result of LBT in an earlier UL subframe.
2 . The user terminal according to claim 1 , wherein, when the plurality of consecutive UL subframes are scheduled, the control section changes an LBT condition for a subsequent subframe to an LBT succeeded subframe among the plurality of consecutive UL subframes.
3 . The user terminal according to claim 2 , wherein the control section applies no LBT as the LBT condition for the subsequent to the LBT succeeded subframe among the plurality of consecutive UL subframes.
4 . The user terminal according to claim 2 , wherein the control section applies an LBT condition with a shorter transmission defer period than before change, to the subsequent subframe to the LBT succeeded subframe among the plurality of consecutive UL subframes.
5 . A radio communication method for a user terminal in a cell in which LBT is executed, the radio communication method comprising:
receiving a DL signal including a UL grant; and controlling UL data transmission based on the UL grant and a channel access procedure before UL transmission, wherein, when a plurality of consecutive UL subframes are scheduled, an LBT condition to apply to transmission in a current UL subframe is determined based on a result of LBT in an earlier UL subframe.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
