Abstract
The present invention discloses an anti-collapse structure for an inflation tube of an inflatable model, and a blower comprising same. The anti-collapse structure comprises: a suction tube, wherein one end of the suction tube is connected to a blower, the diameter of the opening of the suction tube connected to the blower widens outwardly and is trumpet-shaped, the other end of the suction tube is connected in a sealed manner to the inflatable model, the suction tube connected in a sealed manner to the inflatable model is provided with multiple support bars protruding outward in a radial direction, the multiple support bars are evenly distributed outside a tube wall of the suction tube and arranged parallel to each other, and multiple holes are provided between two adjacent support bars. The anti-collapse structure enables the blower to effectively pump out air when the inflatable model and an airflow channel thereof fall down or even almost collapse.

An anti-collapse structure for an inflation tube of an inflatable model, comprising a suction tube, wherein one end of the suction tube is connected to a blower, and the diameter of the opening of the suction tube connected to the blower widens outwardly and is trumpet-shaped; the other end of the suction tube is connected in a sealed manner to the inflatable model, and the suction tube connected in a sealed manner to the inflatable model is provided with multiple support bars protruding outward in a radial direction; the multiple support bars are evenly distributed outside a tube wall of the suction tube, and are arranged parallel to each other; and multiple holes are provided between two adjacent support bars.
2 . The anti-collapse structure according to claim 1 , wherein the total length of the multiple holes on each side is greater than the diameter of the suction tube, and the total area of all the holes is greater than the opening area of the suction tube.
3 . The anti-collapse structure according to claim 1 , wherein the number of the support bars is six.
4 . The anti-collapse structure according to claim 1 , wherein the shape of the holes is either square or round.
5 . A blower with deflation function, comprising an air valve fixedly mounted outside an air inlet of a blower body, a compression ring fixedly connected to the outside of the air valve, and an anti-collapse structure for an inflation tube of an inflatable model of claim 1 .

The blower with deflation function according to claim 5 , wherein the trumpet-shaped end of the suction tube has a mounting sheet extending outward, and several fixing holes are provided in the mounting sheet; and threaded holes are provided in the compression ring at positions corresponding to the fixing holes, and the suction tube is fixedly connected to the compression ring by screws.

The blower with deflation function according to claim 5 , wherein the trumpet-shaped end of the suction tube has a mounting sheet extending outward, and several catching grooves are provided in the mounting sheet; and protruding columns are provided in a protruding manner on the compression ring at positions corresponding to the catching grooves, and the compression ring is fixedly connected to the suction tube by rotating the protruding columns after being inserted into the catching grooves.

The blower with deflation function according to claim 5 , wherein the trumpet-shaped end of the suction tube has a cover sleeve extending outward, and an internal thread is provided in the cover sleeve; and a connecting portion is arranged on the compression ring, and an external thread cooperatively connected to the internal thread of the cover sleeve is provided in the connecting portion.

The blower with deflation function according to claim 5 , wherein the trumpet-shaped end of the suction tube has a cover sleeve extending outward, and multiple fastening holes are provided in a side wall of the cover sleeve; and the connecting portion is arranged on the compression ring, snap-in portions with inclined surfaces cooperatively fixed to the fastening holes are arranged on an outside wall of the connecting portion.

The blower with deflation function according to claim 5 , wherein the trumpet-shaped end of the suction tube has a cover sleeve extending outward, and multiple protrusion portions are arranged on the side wall of the cover sleeve; and fastening portions are arranged in a protruding manner on the compression ring at positions corresponding to the protrusion portions, recess are provided in a recessing manner inside the fastening portions, the suction tube is fixedly connected to the compression ring by screwing the protrusion portions into the recess of the fastening portions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
