Abstract

A workbench for pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, industrial kitchens and the like, includes a worktop ( 10 ) where the base of the product to be filled is placed. The worktop revolves around a vertical axis (K) and is capable of rotating around a horizontal axis (X), so that, when the workbench ( 100 ) is not in operation, the worktop ( 10 ) can be titled from a horizontal position to a substantially vertical position. The workbench ( 100 ) can be disassembled completely, with the subdivision into the various constituent groups which include, respectively, a worktop ( 10 ), a supporting frame ( 20 ), a shelf-carrying arm ( 30 ), and an electromechanical assembly ( 40 ), the groups being easily and rapidly reassembled.
