Abstract

A method and system for video coding by integrating frame data and time data may be described. The method and system can include a video coding non-transitory storage media that integrates reference data and time data. More specifically, the video coding non-transitory storage media can produce one or more luma vectors and one or more chroma vectors within a video plane, the one or more luma vectors and one or more chroma vectors may be extended into time vectors that can be utilized for compression or reconstruction of the frame rate, define luma vector across time as a contiguous function and perform video compression across a time dimension.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A non-uniform video coding method, comprising:
a server system with a processor system, a communications interface, a communications system, an input system and an output system, the server system having access to a communications network; a memory; video coding non-transitory storage media; video data; a first video plane defined by the video coding non-transitory storage media at a first time independent of frame data; at least a second video plane defined by the video coding non-transitory storage media at a second time independent of frame data; a three dimensional luma and chroma space obtained by frame-independent sampling of the first video plane and the at least second video plane, the three dimensional luma and chroma space stored by the memory; and an interpolation performed by the video coding non-transitory storage media between the first time and the second time based on the three dimensional luma and chroma space.

2 . The non-uniform video coding method of claim 1 , further comprising performing video compression across a time dimension.

3 . The non-uniform video coding method of claim 2 , further comprising performing video compression at non-uniform intervals.

4 . The non-uniform video coding method of claim 1 , further comprising extending the three dimensional luma and chroma space into time vectors.

5 . The non-uniform video coding method of claim 4 , further comprising reconstructing frame rate based on the time vectors.
