Abstract

A wireless power transmission apparatus can include a first coil transmitting a wireless power through a first power transmission scheme; a second coil transmitting a wireless power through a second power transmission scheme; and a control unit configured to transmit a detection signal for detecting a power transmission scheme, and receive a response signal corresponding to the detection signal during a predetermined time period, and determine a power transmission scheme according to the received the response signal, and transmit a power to the wireless power reception apparatus through the detected the power transmission scheme.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A wireless power transmission apparatus comprising;
 a first coil transmitting a wireless power through a first power transmission scheme;   a second coil transmitting a wireless power through a second power transmission scheme; and   a control unit configured to transmit a detection signal for detecting a power transmission scheme, and receive a response signal corresponding to the detection signal during a predetermined time period, and determine a power transmission scheme according to the received the response signal, and transmit a power to the wireless power reception apparatus through the detected the power transmission scheme.   
     
     
         2 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit a first detection signal for the first power transmission scheme and detecting the first response signal corresponding to the first detection signal during a first predetermined time period, and transmit a second detection signal for the second power transmission scheme and detect a second response signal corresponding to the second detection signal during a second predetermined time period.   
     
     
         3 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to determine the power transmission scheme according to an initial detected wireless power reception apparatus.   
     
     
         4 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit the power through one of the power transmission schemes according to a first wireless power reception apparatus that completes sending a charging information.   
     
     
         5 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 2 ,
 wherein the control unit does not configure to proceed while transmitting the power through the first power transmission scheme.   
     
     
         6 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 2 ,
 wherein the control unit does not configure to transmit the power through the first power transmission scheme while transmitting the power through the second power transmission scheme.   
     
     
         7 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 2 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to at least one of the determine the first power transmission scheme and the second power transmission scheme is repeated when the power transmission is completed.   
     
     
         8 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the wireless power transmission apparatus transmits the power to a plurality of the wireless power reception apparatus through the first power transmission scheme or the second power transmission scheme.   
     
     
         9 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit the first detection signal and receive the first response signal via a first frequency band, and   wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit the power though the first power transmission scheme via the first frequency band.   
     
     
         10 . The wireless power transmission apparatus of  claim 9 ,
 wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit the second detection signal and receive the second response signal via a second frequency band different from the first frequency band,   wherein the control unit is further configured to transmit the power though the second power transmission scheme via a third frequency band different from the first frequency band and the second frequency band,   wherein the first frequency band is lower than the third frequency band, and   wherein the second frequency band is higher than the third frequency band.
