Abstract
A beauty instrument capable of imparting a massaging effect to skin. A beauty instrument is configured such that a pair of balls is supported at the tip of a handle. The balls are positioned at a distance from each another, and are capable of rotating around respective axes thereof.

15 . A beauty instrument comprising:
a handle including a forward end and a rearward end; a bifurcated tip portion extending from the forward end of the handle; and a pair of balls extending from the bifurcated tip portion at the forward end of the handle, wherein the bifurcated tip portion includes a pair of shafts extending therefrom and defining an axis, each shaft of the pair of shafts rotatably supports one of the pair of balls about its respective axis, and the axis of each shaft of the pair of shafts tilts forward with respect to a centerline of the handle.
16 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
the axis of each shaft of the pair of shafts tilts forward with respect to the centerline of the handle such that the axis of each shaft maintains a predetermined angle with respect to a surface to which the beauty instrument is applied while the beauty instrument is moved in a reciprocating motion.
17 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
the centerline of the handle is a line that is parallel to a line that divides an angle between outer circumferential tangent lines of a thickest part of the handle, the thickest part of the handle being at the rearward end of the handle.
18 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between each shaft axis and the centerline of the handle is in a range from 90 degrees to 110 degrees.
19 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between each shaft axis and the centerline of the handle is in a range from 93 degrees to 100 degrees.
20 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between each shaft axis and the centerline of the handle is in a range from 95 degrees to 99 degrees.
21 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between the shaft axes is in a range from 50 degrees to 110 degrees.
22 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between the shaft axes is in a range from 50 degrees to 90 degrees.
23 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an angle between the shaft axes is in a range from 65 degrees to 80 degrees.
24 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
a distance between outer surfaces of the pair of balls is in a range from 8 mm to 25 mm.
25 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
a distance between outer surfaces of the pair of balls is in a range from 9 mm to 15 mm.
26 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
a distance between outer surfaces of the pair of balls is in a range from 10 mm to 13 mm.
27 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
the pair of balls are each configured to exert a pressing force to a surface to which the beauty instrument is applied while the beauty instrument moves in a forward direction of motion, and the pair of balls are each configured to exert a squeezing force to a surface to which the beauty instrument is applied while the beauty instrument moves in a rearward direction of motion.
28 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
the handle includes an electrically conductive portion, each of the pair of balls includes an electrically conductive portion, and the handle includes a solar panel configured to generate electricity and supply the electricity between the electrically conductive portions of the handle and the pair of balls such that electricity flows from the pair of balls to a surface to which the beauty instrument is applied.
29 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
each of the pair of balls includes an electrically conductive portion and a permanent magnet configured to generate electricity in association with a rotation of the balls such that electricity flows from the pair of balls to a surface to which the beauty instrument is applied.
30 . The beauty instrument according to claim 29 , wherein
the permanent magnet is disposed within an outer circumferential surface of each ball of the pair of balls and configured to rotate in an integral manner with a rotation of each ball relative to each shaft of the pair of shafts.
31 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
an outer circumferential surface of each ball of the pair of balls includes a plurality of faces, the outer circumferential surface of each ball being an electrically conductive portion.
32 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
a photocatalyst is disposed within an outer circumferential surface of each ball of the pair of balls.
33 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 ,
wherein the pair of balls are spherical.
34 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 ,
wherein the pair of balls are nonspherical.
35 . The beauty instrument according to claim 15 , wherein
