Abstract

In a communications system which complies with LTE including a base station which transmits data by using an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) method as a downlink access method, and a mobile terminal, in a case in which an uplink scheduling request signal is transmitted by using an S-RACH when an Ack/Nack signal is being transmitted by using an Ack/Nack exclusive channel, the transmission of the Ack/Nack signal is stopped while the uplink scheduling request signal is transmitted.

         2 : A data communication method of performing transmission and reception of data between a mobile terminal and a base station, the method comprising:
 performing, by the mobile terminal,   a reference signal transmission process of transmitting a reference signal used for performing measurement to the base station;   a response signal transmission process of transmitting a response signal to the base station in accordance with a result of reception of the data transmitted from the base station; and   a control process of controlling the response signal transmission process to transmit the response signal by using a resource region other than a resource region for transmission of the reference signal.   
     
     
         3 : A mobile communications system to perform transmission and reception of data between a mobile terminal and a base station, the system comprising the mobile terminal and the base station,
 wherein the mobile terminal includes:   a transmitter configured to transmit a reference signal used for performing measurement to the base station, and to transmit a response signal to the base station in accordance with a result of reception of the data transmitted from the base station; and   a controller configured to control the transmitter to transmit the response signal by using a resource region other than a resource region for transmission of the reference signal.   
     
     
         4 : A mobile terminal configured to perform, with a base station, transmission and reception of data,
 wherein the mobile terminal includes:   a transmitter configured to transmit a reference signal used for performing measurement to the base station, and to transmit a response signal to the base station in accordance with a result of reception of the data transmitted from the base station; and   a controller configured to control the transmitter to transmit the response signal by using a resource region other than a resource region for transmission of the reference signal.
