Transparent Hair Treatment Sheet

Abstract

In an embodiment, the present invention is a treatment sheet for separating portions of hair during a color processing treatment. In the embodiment, the treatment sheet is clear and transparent.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A treatment sheet for separating portions of hair during a processing treatment, the treatment sheet having:
 a. a length of about 14 inches;   b. a width of about 4 inches; and   c. and a thickness of about 1/16 of an inch,   wherein the treatment sheet is transparent.   
     
     
         2 . The treatment sheet of  claim 1 , further comprising a ½ inch folded portion. 
     
     
         3 . The treatment sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the treatment sheet is comprised of polypropylene. 
     
     
         4 . The treatment sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the treatment sheet has a thickness of 1/16 of an inch. 
     
     
         5 . A system for processing hair, the system comprising:
 a. a first treatment sheet comprising a length of about 14 inches, a width of about 4 inches, a thickness of about 1/16 of an inch; and   b. a second treatment sheet comprising a length of 14 inches, a width of 4 inches, a thickness of about 1/16 of an inch;   wherein the first treatment sheet and the second treatment sheet are transparent, and   wherein the first treatment sheet is placed below a portion of hair and the second sheet is placed on top of the separated portion of hair.   
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the first treatment sheet and the second treatment sheet are comprised of polypropylene. 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the first treatment sheet and the second treatment sheet have a thickness of 1/16 of an inch. 
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the first treatment sheet is further comprised of a ½ inch folded portion. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the second treatment sheet is further comprised of a ½ inch folded portion. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 5 , wherein the first treatment sheet and the second treatment sheet are comprised of cellulose acetate. 
     
     
         11 . A method of treating hair comprising the steps of:
 a. separating a portion of hair from a head of hair;   b. placing a first treatment sheet under the portion of hair;   c. applying a hair treatment chemical to the portion of hair; and   d. placing a second treatment sheet over the portion of hair,   wherein the first treatment sheet and the second treatment sheet have a length of about 14 inches, a width of about 4 inches, a thickness of about 1/16 of an inch, and are transparent.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first treatment sheet and second treatment sheet are comprised of polypropylene. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the first treatment sheet is further comprised of a ½ inch folded portion. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the second treatment sheet is further comprised of a ½ inch folded portion.
