Abstract
The present invention is directed to [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine and [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazine derivatives which are LSD1 inhibitors useful in the treatment of diseases such as cancer.

46 . A method of treating a disease, wherein said disease is selected from leukemia, lung cancer, Ewing's sarcoma, prostate cancer, and myelofibrosis, comprising administering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula I:

The method of claim 46 , wherein R 1 is pyrrolidin-3-ylmethoxy, 2-pyrrolidin-3-ylethyl, (1-methylpyrrolidin-3-yl)ethyl, 3-[(methylamino)methyl]phenyl, 3-aminopyrrolidin-1-yl)methyl]phenyl, piperazin-1-ylmethyl, 4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl, 3-(dimethylamino)pyrrolidin-1-yl, 3-(methylamino)pyrrolidin-1-yl, or (1-methylpyrrolidin-3-yl)methoxy.
51 . The method of claim 46 , wherein each Cy 1 is independently selected from phenyl, C 3-7 cycloalkyl, 5-6 membered heteroaryl, and 4-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, each of which is optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3, or 4 substituents independently selected from R Cy .
52 . The method of claim 46 , wherein each Cy 1 is phenyl, pyrrolidinyl, or piperazinyl, each optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents independently selected from C 1-4 alkyl and NR c6 R d6 , wherein said C 1-4 alkyl is optionally substituted with NR c6 R d6 .
