Abstract

The present invention relates to an exclusively aluminum and monolayer capsule, of the type that covers the neck of wine or liquor bottles, to the method for obtaining it and to the bottle that comprises it.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A capsule that comprises a cone-shaped skirt and an upper closure disc characterized in that the cone-shaped skirt is an aluminum monolayer with a thickness comprised in a range from 60 microns to 150 microns and the upper closure disc is made of an aluminum monolayer of 40 microns to 100 microns and wherein one of the edges of the skirt has an aluminum tab transversely adhered to the inside of the skirt.

2 . The capsule of claim 1 characterized in that the cone-shaped skirt is an aluminum monolayer with a thickness comprised between 70 microns to 100 microns.

3 . The capsule according to claim 1 characterized in that at the end of the aluminum tab it has an easy-opening end joined to it.

4 . The capsule according to claim 1 characterized in that the aluminum tab has a thickness in a range from 40 microns to 70 microns.

5 . A method for obtaining the capsule of claim 1 , the method comprising the steps of:
 a) cutting an aluminum monolayer sheet of the size suitable for forming the skirt of the capsule; b) fixing an aluminum tab in a transverse position on the inside of the sheet such that one end is on the edge of the sheet; c) gluing one of the edges of the cut sheet; d) forming the skirt of the capsule, covering and pasting the opposite edges; e) fixing an aluminum disc in the upper portion of the body formed in step d).

         6 . A bottle that comprises the capsule of claim 1 .
