Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 22 . (canceled)
. A kit for use in a pharmaceutical agent delivery sequence, comprising at least one lipid membrane fusogen; instructions indicating that the pharmaceutical agent delivery sequence includes at least one of the antioxidant inhibitor of membrane sealing followed by the at least one lipid membrane fusogen; and optionally including an antioxidant inhibitor of membrane sealing.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein the kit comprises at least one lipid membrane fusogen.
. The kit of claim 23 , further comprising a calcium-containing saline solution.
. The kit of claim 23 , further comprising a hypotonic, calcium-free saline solution.
. The kit of claim 26 , wherein the hypotonic calcium-free saline solution comprises sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium ascorbate, and/or dextrose.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein said lipid membrane fusogen comprises polyethylene glycol (PEG).
. The kit of claim 28 , wherein the PEG is present at a concentration of from 100 to 500 mM.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein one or more of the solutions are contained within syringes.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein reagents of the kit are comprised in separate barrels of a double-barreled syringe.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein the optional antioxidant is methylene blue.
. The kit of claim 23 , wherein the optional antioxidant is melatonin.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
