Claims

Abstract

A frame includes a first member having a side wall, and a second member having side walls. The first member has first through-holes. The side walls have slits inside which the first through-holes are unobstructed while the side wall is received in the slits, and locking portions that protrude and fit into the first through-holes.

1 . A frame comprising:
 a first member including a first plate-shaped portion having a first through-hole; and   a second member including a second plate-shaped portion having:
 a slit inside which the first through-hole is unobstructed while the first plate-shaped portion is received in the slit; and 
 a locking portion protruding and fitting into the first through-hole, wherein 
   the second member further includes a convex portion that is located inside the slit and abuts against the first plate-shaped portion.   
     
     
         2 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the slit has a shape of a groove obliquely extending from a side end portion of the second plate-shaped portion towards a tip portion of the second plate-shaped portion,   the second plate-shaped portion has a hook shape by the slit dividing a portion of the second plate-shaped portion, and   the locking portion is a hook tip portion of the second plate-shaped portion having the hook shape.   
     
     
         3 . The frame according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the first member further has a second through-hole and comprises a partition separating the first through-hole from the second through-hole,   the partition is disposed in the slit,   the hook tip portion is inserted in the first through-hole, and   a hook base portion of the second plate-shaped portion having the hook shape is inserted in the second through-hole.   
     
     
         4 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the first plate-shaped portion is fixed to the second plate-shaped portion by abutting against an inner surface portion of the slit. 
     
     
         5 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the first plate-shaped portion further has another first through-hole,   the second member has a U-shaped cross-section,   the second plate-shaped portion comprises two side walls to form the U-shaped cross-section,   the slit and the locking portion are located at each tip portion of the two side walls, and   the respective locking portions are fit into the two first through-holes.   
     
     
         6 . A frame, comprising:
 a first member including a first plate-shaped portion having a first through-hole; and   a second member including a second plate-shaped portion having:
 a slit inside which the first through-hole is unobstructed while the first plate-shaped portion is received in the slit; and 
 a locking portion protruding and fitting into the first through-hole, wherein the second member has a hat-shaped cross-section, 
   the second plate-shaped portion comprises two side walls to form the hat-shaped cross-section, and   the slit extends from an upper surface portion of the hat-shaped cross-section to the two side walls.   
     
     
         7 . The frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the locking portion includes a convex portion protruding from the inner surface portion of the slit. 
     
     
         8 . A frame assembling method of assembling a frame comprising a first member including a first plate-shaped portion having a first through-hole, and a second member including (i) a second plate-shaped portion having a slit and a locking portion, and (ii) a convex portion located inside the slit, the method comprising:
 receiving the first plate-shaped portion in the slit, and   moving the first plate-shaped portion with respect to the slit, positioning so that (i) the first through-hole is unobstructed while the first through-hole is inside the slit, (ii) the locking portion protrudes into the first through-hole and (iii) the convex portion abuts against the first plate-shaped portion, and fitting the locking portion into the first through-hole.   
     
     
         9 . The frame according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the slit has a shape of a groove obliquely extending from a side end portion of the second plate-shaped portion towards a tip portion of the second plate-shaped portion,   the second plate-shaped portion has a hook shape by the slit dividing a portion of the second plate-shaped portion, and   the locking portion is a hook tip portion of the second plate-shaped portion having the hook shape.   
     
     
         10 . The frame according to  claim 9 , wherein
 the first member further has a second through-hole and comprises a partition separating the first through-hole from the second through-hole,   the partition is disposed in the slit,   the hook tip portion is inserted in the first through-hole, and   a hook base portion of the second plate-shaped portion having the hook shape is inserted in the second through-hole.   
     
     
         11 . The frame according to  claim 6 , wherein the first plate-shaped portion is fixed to the second plate-shaped portion by abutting against an inner surface portion of the slit.
