. A display comprising a plurality of containers that are each the container as claimed in claim 1 , in which each base is mounted to a respective one of the covers, a first cover being located on a surface to form a stand for the display, the remaining covers each being mounted in said position to a receptive one of the bases other than the uppermost base in the display.
. A set of containers comprising:
a first container for storing and displaying one or more items; and a second container for storing and displaying one or more items, the second container being positionable on said first container in a position in which at least one item is visible and removable from the first container, wherein at least one wall of the first container or second container includes at least one cut out or slot arranged to receive at least one wall of the other of the first container or the second container, wherein the second container overhangs or protrudes from the first container when the second container is in the position, and wherein the at least one portion is a cut out or slot, and the wall of the first container or the second container is received in the cut-out portion or slot of the first container or the second container.
. The set of containers, as claimed in claim 7 , wherein each container comprises a base and a cover substantially closing the container, the covers being removable prior to mounting the base of the second container on the base of the first container.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 8 , wherein in each container, the cover is integrally connected with the base via perforations.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the cover a cut-out slot arranged to provide an aperture for a user to grasp the cover and remove it from the base, in use.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the base of each container has a front wall, a rear wall, left and right side walls and a bottom wall defining a tray, the base also having an upper surface which includes upwardly extending peripheral flaps.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the cover of each container comprises an upper surface, a front wall, a rear wall and substantially parallel side walls depending downwardly from the upper surface, the front wall being shorter than the rear wall and each side wall having a shorter front end and a longer rear end.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 12 , configured such that, in use, a cover of one of the containers can be positioned inverted on a supporting surface, the base of the first container mounted to end edges of the front, rear, and side walls of the inverted cover such that said base is inclined relative to the supporting surface.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a flap extends from each of the front and side walls of the cover.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 13 , wherein the base of each of the containers in the set includes a front wall, a rear wall, left and right side walls defining a tray, the bottom edge of the left and right side walls include cut out slots which define an aperture to receive corresponding flaps on the side walls of the inverted cover.
. The set of containers as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the base of each of the containers in the set includes a front wall, a rear wall, left and right side walls defining a tray, the left and right side walls including upwardly extending fins and the bottom edge of the left and right side walls of the base include cut out slots define an aperture to receive corresponding fins on the base of another of the containers, wherein the cut out slots of the base of the second container receive the corresponding fins of the first container when the second container is mounted to the first container.
. A container comprising:
a base portion for storing and displaying one or more items and an integral cover portion, wherein the container is configurable between a closed position the base portion is covered by the cover portion, and an open position in which at least one item is visible and removable from the base portion, wherein the cover portion is rotatable relative to the base portion from the closed position to the open position, the cover portion including an attachment area in detachable connection to the base portion when in the closed position, and a mounting area in which a second container is mountable when in the open position.
