Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . (canceled)
. A method of treating pain or inflammation, the method comprising:
locally injecting a solid drug depot comprising clonidine and a sustained release biopolymer to an epidural space or an intrathecal space, wherein the pain comprises sciatica.
. The method of claim 2 , wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide.
. The method of claim 2 , wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide, and wherein locally injecting the solid drug depot comprises injecting the depot through a needle.
. A method of treating pain or inflammation, the method comprising:
locally administering a solid drug depot comprising clonidine and a biopolymer to an epidural space or an intrathecal space.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein administering the solid drug depot comprises a local injection.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein the biopolymer comprises a sustained release biopolymer.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica, wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide, and wherein administering the depot comprises injecting the depot through a needle.
. The method of claim 5 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica, wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide, and wherein administering the solid drug depot comprises a local injection.
. A method of treating pain or inflammation, the method comprising:
locally administering a drug depot comprising clonidine to an epidural space or an intrathecal space.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein administering the drug depot comprises a local injection.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the drug depot comprises a biopolymer.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the biopolymer comprises a sustained release biopolymer.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the depot is solid.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the depot comprises a matrix or a pill.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica, wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide, and wherein administering the drug depot comprises a local injection.
. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pain comprises sciatica, wherein the biopolymer comprises polylactide, wherein administering the depot comprises injecting the depot through a needle, and wherein the depot is solid.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
