Lip tint container having a structure of regulating a discharging amount
Abstract
The present invention relates to a lip tint container, in particular having a structure of regulating a discharging amount as wanted for decorating a lip. The lip tint container comprises a casing ( 11 ) with a transparent window ( 111 ); a pressure piston ( 12 ) displaced as moving up and down into the casing ( 11 ); a moving regulating unit ( 14 ) coupled to the upper end of the pressure piston ( 12 ) for moving it upward and downward; a controlling unit ( 13 ) to limit the movement of the pressure piston ( 12 ) by elasticity; a tint cylinder ( 15 ) where the lower part of the pressure piston ( 12 ) enters and a tint component is stored; and a tint tool ( 16 ) coupled to the lower part of the tint cylinder ( 15 ) and maintaining some tint component divided by the operation of the regulating unit ( 14 ).
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A lip tint container comprising,
a casing ( 11 ) with a transparent window ( 111 ); a pressure piston ( 12 ) displaced as moving up and down into the casing ( 11 ); a moving regulating unit ( 14 ) coupled to the upper end of the pressure piston ( 12 ) for moving it upward and downward; a controlling unit ( 13 ) to limit the movement of the pressure piston ( 12 ) by elasticity; a tint cylinder ( 15 ) where the lower part of the pressure piston ( 12 ) enters and a tint component is stored; and a tint tool ( 16 ) coupled to the lower part of the tint cylinder ( 15 ) and maintaining some tint component divided by the operation of the regulating unit ( 14 ).
2 . The lip tint container according to claim 1 , the container further comprises a discharge regulating plate ( 21 ) to open and close by a pressure generated within the tint tool ( 16 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
