Abstract

A graphene oxide used as a raw material of a conductive additive for forming an active material layer with high electron conductivity with a small amount of a conductive additive is provided. A positive electrode for a nonaqueous secondary battery using the graphene oxide as a conductive additive is provided. The graphene oxide is used as a raw material of a conductive additive in a positive electrode for a nonaqueous secondary battery and, in the graphene oxide, the atomic ratio of oxygen to carbon is greater than or equal to 0.405.

         2 . A paste comprising:
 a plurality of inorganic particles comprising oxygen;   a piece of graphene oxide; and   a solvent,   wherein an average primary particle size of the plurality of inorganic particles is less than or equal to 500 nm.   
     
     
         3 . The paste according to  claim 2 , wherein the piece of graphene oxide has a function of reducing an aggregation of the inorganic particles. 
     
     
         4 . The paste according to  claim 2 , wherein the paste is prepared for kneading. 
     
     
         5 . The paste according to  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of inorganic particles are crystalline. 
     
     
         6 . The paste according to  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of inorganic particles have one of an olivine crystal structure, a layered rock-salt crystal structure and a spinel crystal structure. 
     
     
         7 . A paste comprising:
 a plurality of active material particles comprising oxygen;   a piece of graphene oxide; and   a solvent,   wherein an average primary particle size of the plurality of active material particles is less than or equal to 500 nm, and   wherein a material of the plurality of active material particles comprises oxygen, lithium and one of Fe, Mn, Co and Ni.   
     
     
         8 . The paste according to  claim 7 , wherein the piece of graphene oxide has a function of reducing an aggregation of the active material particles. 
     
     
         9 . The paste according to  claim 7 , wherein the paste is prepared for kneading. 
     
     
         10 . The paste according to  claim 7 , wherein the plurality of active material particles are crystalline. 
     
     
         11 . The paste according to  claim 7 , wherein the plurality of active material particles have one of an olivine crystal structure, a layered rock-salt crystal structure and a spinel crystal structure. 
     
     
         12 . The paste according to  claim 7 , wherein the material of the plurality of active material particles are a positive electrode active material.
