What is claimed is new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent is set forth in the appended claims:

         1 . A heating liner for contacting portions of a person's hand or foot, comprising:
 a liner material;
 wherein said liner material is adapted to contact said portions of said person's hand or foot;
   a plurality of heating members;
 wherein each of said plurality of heating members is formed from a plurality of elements chosen from a group of elements consisting of iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and vermiculite; and
 wherein when said plurality of heating members are exposed to air they produce heat;
   a top surface;   a bottom surface;
 wherein said plurality of heating members are attached to said bottom surface and spaced from one another.

         2 . The heating liner of claim 1 , wherein said heating liner is shaped as a glove member having an upper palm portion, a lower palm portion, and a plurality of finger portions upon said bottom surface, such that said heating liner is adapted to contact said portions of said person's hand.

         3 . The heating liner of claim 2 , wherein respective said plurality of heating members are attached to each of said upper palm potion and said plurality of finger portions.

         4 . The heating liner of claim 1 , wherein said heating liner is shaped as a shoe insole member having a heel portion and a ball portion upon said bottom surface, such that said heating liner is adapted to contact said portions of a person's foot.

         5 . The heating liner of claim 4 , wherein one of said plurality of heating members is attached to said heel portion, and one of said plurality of heating members is attached to said ball portion.

         6 . The heating liner of claim 1 , wherein said liner material is formed from a thermoplastic material.

         7 . The heating liner of claim 6 , wherein said thermoplastic material is polypropylene.

         8 . A combination of a glove and a heating liner, comprising:
 a glove including:
 an outer surface;
 an inner surface forming an interior volume;
 at least one finger portion; and
 a palm portion; and
   a heating liner for contacting portions of a person's hand, comprising:
 a liner material;
 wherein said liner material is adapted to fit within said interior volume of said glove and contact said portions of said person's hand;

 a plurality of heating members;
 wherein each of said plurality of heating members is formed from a plurality of elements chosen from a group of elements consisting of iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and vermiculite; and
 wherein when said plurality of heating members are exposed to air they produce heat;

 a top surface;
 a bottom surface;
 wherein said plurality of heating members are attached to said bottom surface and spaced from one another;

 wherein said heating liner is adapted to be removably placed with said interior volume of said glove and contact said portions of said person's hand.

         9 . The combination of claim 8 , wherein said heating liner is shaped as a glove member having an upper palm portion, a lower palm portion, and a plurality of finger portions upon said bottom surface, such that said heating liner is adapted to contact said portions of said person's hand.

         10 . The combination of claim 9 , wherein respective said plurality of heating members are attached to each of said upper palm potion and said plurality of finger portions.

         11 . The combination of claim 8 , wherein said liner material is formed from a thermoplastic material.

         12 . The combination of claim 11 , wherein said thermoplastic material is polypropylene.

         13 . A combination of a shoe and a heating liner, comprising:
 a shoe including:
 an outer surface;
 an inner surface forming an interior volume and including:
 a heel portion; and
 a ball portion; and

   a heating liner for contacting portions of a person's foot, comprising:
 a liner material;
 wherein said liner material is adapted to fit within said interior volume of said shoe and contact said portions of said person's foot;

 a plurality of heating members;
 wherein each of said plurality of heating members is formed from a plurality of elements chosen from a group of elements consisting of iron powder, water, salt, activated charcoal, and vermiculite; and
 wherein when said plurality of heating members are exposed to air they produce heat;

 a top surface;
 a bottom surface;
 wherein said plurality of heating members are attached to said bottom surface and spaced from one another;

 wherein said heating liner is adapted to be removably placed with said interior volume of said shoe and contact said portions of said person's foot.

         14 . The combination of claim 13 , wherein said heating liner is shaped as a shoe insole member having a heel portion and a ball portion upon said bottom surface, such that said heating liner is adapted to contact said portions of a person's foot.
