Abstract
A fowl management system is provided. The fowl management system includes a protected surface; a wire mesh at least partially suspended above the protected surface; wherein at least a portion of the wire mesh conducts an electrical current; a fence charger attached to the wire mesh; and a power source attached to the protected surface.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A fowl management system, comprising:
a. a protected surface; b. a wire mesh at least partially suspended above the protected surface; wherein at least a portion of the wire mesh conducts an electrical current; c. a fence charger attached to the wire mesh; d. a power source attached to the protected surface;
wherein at least a portion of the protected surface and at least a portion of the wire mesh are parallel or substantially parallel to each other.
2 . The fowl management system of claim 1 , wherein the protected surface is a roof.
3 . The fowl management system of claim 2 , further comprising at least one side connector attached to at least a portion of the protected surface and at least a portion of the wire mesh, wherein the wire mesh is at least partially suspended above the protected surface via the side connector.
4 . The fowl management system of claim 3 , further comprising at least one corner connector attached to at least a portion of the protected surface and at least a portion of the wire mesh, wherein the wire mesh is at least partially suspended above the protected surface via the corner connector.
5 . The fowl management system of claim 4 , further comprising one or more insulators, wherein the insulator is attached to the side connector or the corner connector.
6 . The fowl management system of claim 2 , wherein the roof is a roof of a gas station.
7 . The fowl management system of claim 5 , further comprising a means for grounding the fowl management system.
8 . The fowl management system of claim 7 , wherein the wire mesh comprises an electric wire mesh and a non-electric wire mesh.
9 . A kit comprising:
a. the fowl management system of claim 7 ; and b. instructions.
10 . A method for reducing or eliminating fowl waste from a protected surface, or preventing fowl from excreting on the protected surface, comprising the steps of:
a. providing a fowl management system comprising:
1. a wire mesh at least partially suspended above the protected surface;
2. a fence charger attached to the wire mesh;
3. a power source attached to the protected surface;
4. at least one insulator attached to the wire mesh
wherein the protected surface and the wire mesh are parallel or substantially parallel to each other.
11 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising the step of:
a. providing fowl an electric shock if they make contact with the wire mesh; thereby preventing fowl from sitting on the roof top long enough to excrete.
12 . A fowl management system, compromising:
a. a protected surface; b. a wire mesh at least partially suspended above the protected surface; wherein at least a portion of the wire mesh conducts an electric current; and wherein the protected surface is a man-made structure.
13 . The fowl management system of claim 12 , wherein the protected surface is the roof of a gas station.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
