Abstract

A heat resistant fiber assembly contains heat resistant fibers having a glass transition temperature of 100° C. or more, the heat resistant fibers being bonded together.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A heat resistant fiber assembly, containing
heat resistant fibers, which have a glass transition temperature of 100° C. or more and are bonded together.

2 . The heat resistant fiber assembly of claim 1 , wherein the heat resistant fibers have a fiber bonding ratio of 10% to 85%.

3 . The heat resistant fiber assembly of claim 2 , wherein
the heat resistant fiber assembly has a cross section along a thickness direction thereof divided into three equal regions and a middle region of the three regions has the fiber bonding 10% to 85%.

4 . The heat resistant fiber assembly of claim 2 , wherein
the fiber bonding ratio has a uniformity of 20% or less.

         5 . The heat resistant fiber assembly of claim 1 , having an apparent density of 0.03 g/cm 3 to 0.7 g/cm 3 .
