Twist and push opening system adaptable to any recipient with a threaded neck

Abstract

This utility model refers to a twist and push opening system adaptable to any recipient with a threaded neck, and comprises two rings: the inner ring (1), the thickness of which varies between 0.5 mm and 2 mm, in which there is a gluing zone (2), with the thickness varying from 0.5 mm to 2 mm, where the pre-perforated film (3) is glued; the inner ring (1) has a cutting zone (4) which varies from 0.5 mm to 1 mm; the outer ring (5) has a variable thickness of between 1 mm and 4 mm, on which the pre-perforated film is glued (3) to cover it completely; a reservoir (6) is positioned above the inner ring (1), where the substance to be mixed is stored and the walls of which are inclined (11) at a gradient of 5 degrees; in the continuation of the reservoir (6) there is an overlap (7) which protects the pre-perforated film (3) from coming into contact with any surface; on the top of the reservoir (6) is a lid (8) that protects the nozzle (9), and which is lined with a protective mesh (10) to make sure that if the preperforated film (3) comes away from the inner ring (1) it cannot be swallowed by the user.

1 . A twist and push opening system:
 an inner ring, the thickness of which varies from 0.5 mm to 2 mm,   an outer ring, the thickness of which varies from 1 mm to 4 mm,
 wherein a gluing zone of the outer ring is around the outer ring's rim, 
 wherein a gluing zone of the inner ring has a thickness of between 0.5 mm and 2 mm, and 
   a pre-perforated film, which is stretched over the inner and outer rings, and glued to the inner and outer rings at said gluing zones of said inner and outer rings.

         5 . The twist and push opening system in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the pre-perforated film is not detachable. 
     
     
         6 . The twist and push opening system in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the inner ring is 0.5 mm to 1 mm longer than the outer ring. 
     
     
         7 . The twist and push opening system in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said system is configured such that pressure from a recipient against the pre-perforated film causes it to be broken and the recipient is screwed on between the outer ring and the inner rings.
