Abstract

An air-conditioner having a compressor, and a condenser. The air conditioner has a desuperheater provided in a flow path from the compressor to the condenser.

1 . An air-conditioner comprising:
 a compressor;   a condenser;   a flow path extending from the compressor to the condenser; and   a desuperheater in the flow path.   
     
     
         2 . The air-conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the air-conditioner is a portable air-conditioner. 
     
     
         3 . The air-conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the desuperheater is located in an open cavity. 
     
     
         4 . The air-conditioner according to  claim 3 , wherein the air-conditioner is configured to direct condensation water to the open cavity. 
     
     
         5 . The air-conditioner according to  claim 4 , further comprising a pipe configured to direct condensed water that drops from an evaporator to the open cavity.
