. The insert of claim 1 wherein said flexible moisture-absorbing material comprises non-woven fabric.

. The insert of claim 2 wherein said flexible moisture-absorbing non-woven fabric comprises cellulose and polypropylene.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises a powder.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises baking powder.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises baking soda.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises kaolin powder.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises essential oil.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises about one part baking powder, about one part baking soda, about one-eighth part kaolin powder, and about one thirty-second part essential oil.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition is gradually released by said sheet upon contact with a person's body.

. The insert of claim 1 wherein said sheet comprises at least one perforation.

. An article insert comprising:
a sheet formed entirely of non-woven fabric sized to fit at least partially within an article; and a deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition on or in said sheet, said composition comprising baking powder, baking soda, kaolin powder and essential oil.

. The insert of claim 12 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition is gradually released by said sheet upon contact with a person's body.

. The insert of claim 12 wherein said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition comprises about one part baking powder, about one part baking soda, about one-eighth part kaolin powder, and about one thirty-second part essential oil.

. The insert of claim 12 wherein said sheet comprises at least one perforation.

. A method of manufacturing an article insert, said method comprising:
forming a single-layered sheet comprising flexible moisture-absorbing material; sizing said sheet to fit at least partially within an article; and impregnating said sheet with a deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition.

. The method of claim 16 further comprising placing said sized and impregnated sheet at least partially within an article.

. The method of claim 17 further comprising gradually releasing said deodorizing and moisture-absorbing composition from said sheet upon contact with a user's body.

. The method of claim 18 further comprising disposing of said sheet after one day of use in the article.
