Abstract
A delivery method for providing supplemental slot machine output content through a slot machine has been developed. The method includes offering slot machine output content that has been tested by a gaming commission and offering supplemental slot machine output content that has not been tested by the gaming commission. A separation is maintained between the tested content and the untested content with a software construct that prevents the untested content from changing the tested content.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A delivery method for providing supplemental slot machine output content through a slot machine electronic video display, comprising:
offering slot machine output content through the slot machine electronic video display where the slot machine output content has been tested by a regulatory commission in a jurisdiction that requires slot machine output content to be tested by the regulatory commission prior to offering the slot machine output content for public consumption; offering supplemental slot machine output content through the slot machine electronic video display that has not been tested by the regulatory commission; employing a slot machine game logic circuitry configuration approved by the regulatory commission that maintains a separation between the tested content and the untested content where the approved slot machine game logic circuitry configuration further comprises a software construct configured to prevent the untested content from changing the tested content; executing the tested content and the untested content with a slot machine computing device comprising the slot machine game logic circuitry configuration approved by the regulatory commission; and simultaneously displaying supplemental slot machine output content that has not been tested by the regulatory commission and slot machine output content that has been tested by the regulatory commission through the slot machine electronic video display.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
